The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday April 12: Nikki Pushes for Cover-up – Victor Faces Chelsea – Jack and Phyllis Clash

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, April 12, tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) will defend his relationship with Gloria (Judith Chapman). Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will take a few jabs at their strange romance, but Jack won’t see what the big deal is. He’ll insist that they’re not hurting anyone.

Phyllis will smirk at Jack the hypocrite. He doesn’t have an issue with his own workplace fling, but he’s practically forbidden Ashley (Eileen Davidson) from dating Ravi (Abhi Sinha). Jack will likely argue that it’s a completely different situation. He may point out that Ravi could leave Jabot if things don’t end well with Ashley.

Jack views Ravi has a crucial employee, but Gloria could easily be replaced. Of course, that’s not going to happen if Gloria keeps giving Jack what he wants. Phyllis should be nauseated by the time this conversation is over. She thinks Jack and Gloria’s love connection is revolting.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Nick (Joshua Morrow), Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will have an intense discussion. Now that they all know about Victor (Eric Braeden) and Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) scheme, they have a decision to make. Will they expose the truth or cover it up?

Nick will state that Victor is just as guilty as Chloe in this mess. Nikki will feel like that’s why no one can ever know. The Newman family already went through a grueling trial. Nikki definitely won’t want to face that terrible ordeal again.

This is about more than just Victor. The Newman name could be dragged through the mud. All of their businesses could be on the line. Even Brash and Sassy could take a hit. Nick may not like the idea letting Victor get away with this, but Nikki will contend that they have no choice. She’ll push Nick and Victoria to keep the details under wraps.

Nikki is angry with Victor, but she probably doesn’t want him thrown back in the slammer. Although Victor is partially responsible for Adam’s (Justin Hartley) death, Nikki knows that he grieved for his son. She’s seen how much pain Victor has been in, so she may cool off once a little time passes.

Elsewhere, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will approach Victor for a showdown. Did Nick give her updates on everything? Did Chelsea simply put it together on her own? Regardless, Y&R spoilers hint that major drama is brewing.
