The Young and the Restless Spoilers Tuesday, September 5: Lily Gives Devon Tough Love – Billy Hurls Accusations at Phyllis – Victoria Is Confident

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, September 5, tease that Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will feel like she’s on the right track. Y&R fans know that Hilary is juggling several schemes on any given day. At the moment, she’s keeping a close eye on two exes. Her plots are bound to cause big trouble.

Hilary doesn’t like the idea of Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) cozying up to Lily (Christel Khalil), so she’ll continue working with Cane (Daniel Goddard) to stop it. If Hilary can reunite Cane and Lily, she thinks Jordan will get pushed out of the picture. Of course, Hilary doesn’t seem to be in love with Jordan. She likes the guy, but her heart belongs to Devon.

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers hint that Hilary’s meddling will lead to more confrontations for Devon and Mariah (Camryn Grimes). Since Hilary can still feel a strong bond with Devon, she’ll use that to cause conflict. Hilary will note that she’s not going to be a free agent much longer.

Elsewhere, Lily will be concerned about Devon. She’ll realize he’s letting his guard down and that’s never a good thing when Hilary is involved. Devon will point out that Hilary was happy to reconnect with him recently. He’ll think being friends with his former flame sounds reasonable, but Lily won’t agree. She’ll believe Devon is hopping right back on Hilary’s wild roller coaster.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will be hopeful about a reunion with Billy (Jason Thompson). She’ll be pleased about how close they’re getting. After kissing Billy in Monday’s episode, Victoria will get a real boost in confidence.

By the time Tuesday rolls around, she’ll feel great about her chances of picking up where they left off. Victoria will think their passionate encounter seemed like a turning point. Y&R viewers will be anxious to see if Victoria’s hunch is correct.

Meanwhile, a huge fight will break out between Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Billy. When she confesses to encouraging Ben Hochman (Ben Hermes), Billy will be appalled. He’ll argue that Phyllis set Brash and Sassy up for disaster. In fact, Billy will wonder if Phyllis is working on some grand plan to bring down the company.
