The Young and the Restless Spoilers Tuesday June 13: Chloe Makes Dangerous Move – Dr. Harris Keep Secrets from Victor – Jack Makes Dina an Offer

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, June 13, tease that Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson), Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and Dr. Harris (Ron Melendez) will get into a shouting match. At Dr. Harris’ place, he insists that Chloe needs to remain in his care. After Chloe asks to speak with Dr. Harris privately, Kevin leaves the room.

Chloe contends that the doc needs to let her start a new life. She wants to be with Kevin and Bella (Gia Poeme). Dr. Harris is just about to dial Victor’s (Eric Braeden) number when Chloe picks up a gun. Kevin returns and stops Chloe from doing something she’d regret. They debate the situation and agree that Kevin will stay there with Chloe. They can bring Bella over and keep Victor in the dark.

Back in Genoa City, Victor receives a phone call. Dr. Harris fibs that everything’s fine in Louisiana. Meanwhile, Jack (Peter Bergman) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) determine that they can’t overlook Graham’s (Max Shippee) shady behavior. Ravi (Abhi Sinha) offers to pitch in with whatever they need.

Elsewhere, Graham urges Dina to keep her trip extension to a minimum. Jack tries to get his mom to stay at the Abbott mansion, but she refuses to move in. Across town, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Billy (Jason Thompson) put their plan in motion. He brings his belongings to her apartment and they enjoy a sex session.

Billy fills Victoria (Amelia Heinle) in on his move a little later. She just wants to make sure the kids aren’t going to spend the night over there. Billy agrees to Victoria’s rule. Juliet’s (Laur Allen) lawsuit also causes plenty of drama in Tuesday’s “Young and the Restless” episode. When Cane (Daniel Goddard) feels like his innocence is being questioned, he rants at Victoria.

Michael (Christian LeBlanc) steps in to cool Cane off. He feels like there’s a good chance the case will be tossed out. At the athletic club, Leslie (Angell Conwell) pushes Hilary (Mishael Morgan) to tell her anything she needs to know about Juliet’s version of events. Hilary maintains that Juliet’s lawsuit is legit. Later, Phyllis gets updates from Hilary and expresses doubt about Juliet’s side of the story.

Michael heads to the judge’s chambers and suggests that Juliet’s claims have no merit. The judge points out that Leslie will get the opportunity to speak tomorrow. At Lily’s (Christel Khalil) place, Neil (Kristoff St. John) asks about her true feelings. Lily confesses that Cane has been clashing with Juliet and they got drunk together in Tokyo.

However, Lily still feels like Cane must be telling the truth. She just can’t buy Juliet’s baloney. Back at Brash and Sassy, Victoria tells Billy that all of this will be over soon.
