“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, July 4, tease that an Independence Day bash will bring some surprises. For starters, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will get updates on some intriguing information. Hot scoops always seem to fall right into her lap.
Y&R fans will recall that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) knew each other before they came to Genoa City. Chelsea recently divulged that secret to Nick (Joshua Morrow), but it’s not something she wants to shout from the rooftops. Jordan and Chelsea’s relationship obviously revolved around some shady business.
When Hilary hears that they’re old pals, she’ll suggest that she’s dying to know how this friendship got started. Chelsea and Jordan will exchange some nervous glances as they try to handle Hilary’s questions. Since Hilary has a tendency to get jealous, Chelsea may be quick to point out that they weren’t romantically involved. She’ll definitely do her best to keep the peace in this situation.
Meanwhile, Scott (Daniel Hall) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) will trade insults as usual. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Scott will make some rude comments about Abby’s festive bikini. Naturally, she won’t be pleased. These two consistently clash, but they may have some feelings for each other deep down. Stay tuned to see if their bond could eventually shift.
Other Y&R spoilers state that Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) will face more questions about Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). Victor (Eric Braeden) already tried to get answers from Tessa, but she claimed she was in the dark as well. This time Nick (Joshua Morrow) will be the one digging for info. He’ll wonder if there’s anything Tessa could possibly tell him.
Tessa may reiterate that she has no idea where Nikki is or what she’s up to. She’s probably getting tired of the nosy Newmans by now! Finally, the pool party will wind down with some impressive fireworks. Neil (Kristoff St. John) will be excited about this brilliant sky show.
