At Brash and Sassy, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) asks Billy (Jason Thompson) to keep the company’s financial woes under wraps. She doesn’t want the news getting back to Jill (Jess Walton). Victor arrives to see Victoria later and they discuss the family conflict. The lawsuit drama comes up as well. There’s still some hostility between them, but Victoria admits she’s glad Victor popped in.

At the ranch, Jack (Peter Bergman) comes over to check on Nikki. She promises she’s fine and tries to distract him by talking about Graham (Max Shippee). Afterward, Nikki frets as she puts on some hand cream. She faces more questions about her health from Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), but eventually gets rid of her.
When Victor shows up, Nikki hints that this concert may not be as joyful as he imagined. Victor is adamant that everything will go marvelously. He adds that he’s not giving up on his family. Across town, Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Lily (Christel Khalil) talk about his firing. He vows to find another job and doesn’t want this to be an issue for their marriage.
Lily points out that Juliet’s (Laur Allen) pregnancy could be the real problem. Cane assures his wife of his love. He wants the chance to get past all this, but Lily still seems hesitant. Once Cane is gone, Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) arrives and Lily opens up about how tough everything has been.
Juliet stops by Hilary’s suite as she awaits the paternity test results. Hilary can tell that Juliet is nervous and she doesn’t get why. After all, Juliet claims she already knows Cane is the father. Hilary kicks Juliet out so she can finish all the concert coverage prep. Later, the clinic updates Juliet on the paternity results by phone and she lets out a sigh.
At the park, Abby (Melissa Ordway) snaps at Victoria before giving the safety inspector a tour of everything. Victoria and Nick discuss how to handle the Victor situation. Nick doesn’t want to give an inch, but Victoria notes that they need to keep the charade up for Nikki’s sake.
At the Chancellor mansion, Jill comforts Esther (Kate Linder) over everything that happened with Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson). Billy walks in and fills Jill in on Cane’s firing. Talk turns to Billy’s reunion with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Jill promises to butt out. She feels certain things will fizzle without her help.
Cane arrives later and worries about Juliet’s pregnancy. Jill agrees that Juliet may have struck a blow Cane can’t come back from. Nevertheless, she tells Cane to fight for the people he loves. Back at Brash and Sassy, Jack finds Billy and seems intrigued by the latest round of company chaos. He suggests he could take over B&S if it’s all become too much for Victoria to deal with.
