“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, February 28, tease that Billy (Jason Thompson) will decide to pay Jill (Jess Walton) a visit. At the Chancellor mansion, Jill immediately starts ranting about Billy’s decision to give away Colin’s (Tristan Rogers) belongings. Billy argues with her, but eventually offers an apology. They share a hug and Billy urges Jill to steer clear of Colin.
Elsewhere, an agitated Lily (Christel Khalil) talks to Colin about moving on. When Colin reveals that all his things were donated to charity, Lily softens slightly. She gives Colin some money and he notes that he’s sorry about the pain he caused. Colin insists that he loves Jill, which Lily acknowledges.

After Colin leaves Lily, he ends up at the thrift store. He finds a few of his belongings and buys them back. Colin purchases Katherine’s (Jeanne Cooper) old music box and later finds a key in a secret compartment.

Meanwhile, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) tells Cane (Daniel Goddard) she wants to prove how much she values him at Brash and Sassy. She puts him to work on an important rollout with a new contact named Juliet (Laur Allen). After they get started, Billy arrives and chats with Victoria. They discuss Jill, Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) and Cane’s new project.
Lily shows up and gripes about Colin, but Billy lifts her spirits with the news of Cane’s assignment. Cane returns and states that his meeting was fantastic. Lily is excited for her hubby and Billy praises Victoria for how she handled all of this.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) will grow increasingly worried about Scott (Daniel Hall). At the athletic club, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) offers reassurance. He feels they can find a way to get Scott back. After Michael reveals that Jill had a heart attack, they decide to go see her. Lauren agrees they should ask Jill for money if she’s feeling better.

At the Chancellor mansion, Jill greets Michael and Lauren. She promises she’s going to be fine. When she realizes how rough they both look, Lauren and Michael explain the danger Scott is in. Jill learns they need a loan, but she’s broke. She says she’s so sorry and fills them in on Colin’s actions.
Lauren takes a phone call from Scott’s captors as she’s leaving with Michael. Back inside, Jill complains about the continued consequences of Colin’s move. After grabbing a plate of food, Jill gazes at Katherine’s portrait and asks if she’s happy now.
At the ranch, Victor (Eric Braeden) surprises Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) with his latest idea. He wants to write the story of his life. Nikki asks if Victor is ready to share everything, even the bad stuff. Victor wants to put it all out there. Later, Michael drops by with Lauren. They give Victor updates on what happened to Scott and wonder if he can help.
Victor agrees to pitch in, but points out that they’re dealing with complex circumstances. He wants Lauren and Michael to listen carefully to his directions. Y&R rumors hint that Victor will suggest some interesting strategies. Stay tuned to see how this rescue effort comes together.
