The Young and the Restless Spoilers Tuesday, August 8: Jack and Phyllis Keep a Secret – Victoria Blasts Billy for Meddling – Ashley Needs Neil’s Assistance

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, August 8, tease that Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will enjoy some small talk with Neil (Kristoff St. John) before shifting gears. She’ll hint that she could use his help with something. Neil will suggest that they’re finally getting to the mysterious reason of why Ashley’s there. He’ll think she should spill it so he can weigh in.

Y&R fans know that Ashley is concerned about Dina (Marla Adams). She questioned her mom about her depression in a recent episode. Dina admitted that signing over Mergeron Enterprises was difficult. It’s been a big transition and she’s feeling somewhat useless these days.

Ashley will hope she can fix that, but she needs Neil’s assistance to make it happen. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers state that Ashley will ask Neil for a favor. Perhaps she wants Neil to come up with a position for Dina. Even some minor tasks would help Dina feel like a productive member of society again.

Meanwhile, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will hit the roof over Billy’s (Jason Thompson) interrogation. He’ll continue his efforts to pry some answers out of his ex. Billy will want to hear exactly what went down with Ben Hochman (Ben Hermes), but Victoria won’t think she owes him any kind of explanation.

“The Young and the Restless” preview video shows Victoria shouting, “You don’t see me grilling you about Phyllis, do you?! When’s the last time you two plundered each other?!” Billy might counter that this is only an issue because it affects Brash and Sassy. Nevertheless, Victoria will want Billy to butt out and leave her alone.

Elsewhere, Jack (Peter Bergman) will make sure Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) is on the same page. He’ll contend that there’s no need for anyone to know they compared notes. Phyllis nudged Ben in Victoria’s direction and Jack seems to be taking it from here. He’ll appreciate the collaboration, but he’ll think they should keep their joint venture a secret.
