“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, March 9, tease that Devon (Bryton James) will lash out at Hilary (Mishael Morgan). At his penthouse, Devon gripes about Hilary giving him an ultimatum. She insists they can’t keep going in circles. They argue until the sexual tension leads to a steamy kiss.
Later, Devon sits shirtless on the sofa as Hilary moves in close. She expresses regret for what just happened and talk turns to their romantic history. Hilary suggests that they had some good times, but there’s just too much pain between them now. Devon agrees and ultimately signs the divorce papers.
Across town, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is a nervous wreck at Brash and Sassy. Billy (Jason Thompson) tries to calm her down as she waits for updates from Cane (Daniel Goddard). Meanwhile, Juliet (Laur Allen) tells Cane that he shouldn’t try to apologize to Mr. Sato (Richard Narita). It would only make things worse.

Juliet decides she’ll attempt to save the deal. She heads off to find Mr. Sato while Cane calls Victoria. He simply says he hopes he’ll have good news to pass along soon. Victoria hangs up and tells Billy that Cane may have blown it. They determine that a distraction is in order and head to The Underground for Reed’s (Tristan Lake Leabu) performance.
Juliet returns to Cane and reveals that Mr. Sato has agreed to let Cane speak to him. Cane assures Mr. Sato that he’s sorry for offending him. He begs for forgiveness and makes another business pitch. Mr. Sato chooses to make the deal.

At The Underground, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) urges Reed to get back on stage and wow the crowd. He confronts Zoey (Annalisa Cochrane) first and learns she wasn’t laughing at him. Victoria and Billy watch as Reed gives Zoey a peck on the cheek.

Reed takes the stage again, but seems bummed when Victoria steps out to take Cane’s call. He exchanges a sweet look with Zoey after the performance. Victoria fills Billy in on the confirmed deal and they celebrate with drinks.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) will be thrilled to see Scott (Daniel Hall). At home, Lauren hugs her son and he recalls his harrowing experience. Scott gets upset when he learns no one has heard anything about his driver. When he asks to use the phone, Lauren encourages Scott to just relax for a while.
After Michael and Kevin (Greg Rikaart) leave to grab some food, Lauren makes a speech about settling down. She thinks Scott needs to ditch all the danger. Scott grows increasingly agitated and snaps that he’s not staying in Genoa City.
Of course, Y&R fans know that Scott is indeed sticking around. It looks like he’ll have a change of heart soon. However, Scott will undoubtedly have a hard time adjusting to life in GC. We’ll keep you posted as other details and rumors emerge.
