The Young and the Restless Spoilers Thursday May 4: Billy and Phyllis Drop Bomb on Jack – Abby Grills Ashley About Dina – Cane Makes Power Play

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, May 4, tease that Abby (Melissa Ordway) will get fed up with all the secrecy. She can’t figure out why her family is so against Dina Mergeron (Marla Adams). Ashley (Eileen Davidson) admitted that there’s some bad blood, but she hasn’t been willing to divulge the details. Abby will hope she can change that by demanding answers.

Y&R spoilers say Abby will ask why she doesn’t know her only living grandparent. She’ll be confused about why Ashley doesn’t want Dina involved in her life. Ashley will do her best to appease Abby without providing too much info. There are certainly some secrets that Ashley would rather keep under wraps.

Since John (Jerry Douglas) isn’t her biological father, Ashley isn’t a true Abbott. That means Abby isn’t a bona fide member of the Abbott clan either. Of course, that’s just a technicality. Ashley has probably turned this into a bigger deal than it had to be, but it’s still something that bothers her.

Dina’s return could lead to the exposure of this long-held secret. “The Young and the Restless” rumors hint that major drama is brewing and it could shake things up for Ashley. Elsewhere, Cane (Daniel Goddard) will focus on his future. Now that Billy (Jason Thompson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) are on the outs, Cane is ready to make his move.

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Cane will hope to gain more power at Brash and Sassy. He feels like he always comes in second to Billy at the company. Victoria has definitely favored Billy lately. She’s been trying to draw Billy closer by showering him with attention at work.

Cane will be disappointed when Victoria still speaks highly of Billy as a father. Cane won’t think being a good dad is an adequate reason to keep Billy around. It sounds like Cane is trying to poison Victoria against Billy, but that plan may not work out.
