‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday May 18: Billy Loses Deal, Brash and Sassy Mayhem – Sharon Suspicious of Nick – Chelsea Questions Victor

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, May 18, tease that Cane (Daniel Goddard) will hide his sneakiness. In Hollywood, he avoids letting Juliet (Laur Allen) and Lily (Christel Khalil) see the behind-the-scenes footage. Later, Juliet makes a call and learns the footage has been approved.

Meanwhile, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) nearly spots Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) on the rooftop. Hilary (Mishael Morgan) shouts Victoria’s name to get her attention. She strikes up a conversation with Victoria so Phyllis can make a quick getaway.

Back in Billy’s (Jason Thompson) room, Phyllis promises her beau that Victoria doesn’t know she there.

Billy says he has a meeting with Victoria, so he heads out. When Victoria stops by Billy’s room, Phyllis stays still and silent. She manages to avoid this encounter for now.

Hilary accepts the chance to do an exclusive story on the hockey players and the new line. She’s pleased by the news that she’s getting behind-the-scenes footage, but gripes about Lily’s involvement. Hilary eventually puts her issues aside and the interview moves forward.

Juliet finally tracks down Lily to give her updates. Her reaction is on par with Hilary’s. Lily definitely isn’t thrilled about having to play nice with her rival. Elsewhere, Victoria remains excited about her family vacation plans with Billy. He returns to the room to tell Phyllis. After she insists she can handle it, they hit the sheets again.

Once Hilary’s show kicks off, the behind-the-scenes footage airs. Cane informs Juliet that the legal team didn’t really approve it. Billy meets up with the rest of the group and is stunned by the comments in the footage. He’s shown taking bets from the hockey players, but he assures Victoria it was a joke. After she takes a call, she rages that they just lost the hockey deal.

At Newman Enterprises, Scott (Daniel Hall) tells Victor (Eric Braeden) that he hasn’t found any dirt on Abby (Melissa Ordway). Victor thinks Scott just needs to try harder. He’s sure something’s up, especially after that strange real estate transaction.

Later, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) stops by with questions. She wants Victor to help her out with the passport issue. Chelsea has the passports Victor provided after Adam’s (Justin Hartley) escape. She wonders if Victor and Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) used the same supplier.

Victor pretends that he’s going to look into it. He later tells Chelsea that his guy didn’t help with Chloe’s getaway. Vic insists that he’ll find a way to track Chloe down. Afterward, Chelsea and Scott speculate on the situation. Scott assumes somebody must’ve helped Chloe get released from her psychiatric facility. Chelsea maintains that she’s going to locate Chloe’s partner in crime.

At Crimson Lights, Sharon (Sharon Case) tries to get to the bottom of Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) glum mood. He notes that he’s having Chloe-related problems with Chelsea. Sharon doesn’t understand why Nick backed off Chloe. He was so adamant about taking her down before.

Nick offers excuses, but Sharon suspects there’s more to the story. Since Nick refuses to open up, Sharon simply encourages him to support Chelsea’s efforts. She can see why Chelsea wants justice. Nick heads to The Underground and meets up with his father. Victor wants Nick to spy on Chelsea and report back. He adds that Nick should convince Chelsea to call off her pursuit.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Abby will make a deal. Back at Crimson Lights, a young entrepreneur fills Abby in on his dating app. His name is Zack (Ryan Ashton) and he seems to really know his stuff. Abby eventually gets on board and promises to send Zack some papers to sign.
