‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday March 23: Nick Shares Concerns With Nikki – Chloe’s Behavior Confuses Chelsea – Kevin’s Big Plans

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, March 23, tease that Nick (Joshua Morrow) will have a lot on his mind. He just won’t be able to shake the feeling that something’s up with Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson). Thanks to a drunken chat with Scott (Daniel Hall), suspicions are emerging about Chloe’s actions.

In Wednesday’s episode, Scott reveals that Chloe said she turned her life around six months ago. Nick will mull over that comment on Thursday. “The Young and the Restless” preview video shows Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) responding to Nick’s concerns. She’ll realize that Nick doesn’t believe the explosion was an accident.

Y&R spoilers say Nikki will ask what could’ve sparked the blaze if it wasn’t a fluke. Nick might reply that somebody could’ve blown up the cabin intentionally. Since Chloe blamed Adam (Justin Hartley) for Delia’s (Sophie Pollono) death, she’s an obvious suspect. Nick may wonder if Chloe killed Adam and that’s how she was finally able to move on.

Meanwhile, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will have to deal with Chloe’s irrational behavior. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers state that Chelsea won’t understand when Chloe throws a fit over Constance’s (Sally Kellerman) check. Chloe will insist that the money is linked to Adam, so Chelsea needs to give it back.

Naturally, Chelsea won’t get why Chloe is so against her having any ties to Adam. She knows letting go is for the best, but why should she have to pretend Adam never existed? Chloe will undoubtedly try to smooth things over. She might suggest that she just doesn’t want Chelsea to take steps backward.

Nevertheless, Nick and Chelsea will likely compare notes soon. There’s a good chance Chelsea will defend her friend. She might argue that Chloe wouldn’t have been able to lie to her for months. Of course, that’s exactly what Chloe’s been doing.

Nick might think they need to keep digging or at least have open minds about Chloe’s potential destruction. Elsewhere, Kevin (Greg Rikaart) will give Michael (Christian LeBlanc) updates on his plan to propose. He’ll hope that Chloe will agree to become his wife and build a life with him.
