At home, Billy (Jason Thompson) covers when Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) catches him on her laptop. He dashes off to help Victoria (Amelia Heinle) with a crisis, which irks Phyllis. At Michael (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren’s (Tracey E. Bregman) place, Scott (Daniel Halll) drops by and interrupts their romantic moment. He takes a minute to catch up with his mom before heading off to meet Sharon.
Once Scott’s gone, Phyllis storms in and flings her purse around. She’s fed up with Victoria’s grip on Billy. Lauren and Michael chime in with their thoughts on the matter. Phyllis eventually declares that something needs to change. At Sharon’s place, she gives Scott a report on Alice and he agrees to do some digging.

Meanwhile, Ravi (Abhi Sinha) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) discuss new marketing plans. At Brash and Sassy, Billy finds Neil (Kristoff St. John) meeting with Victoria. He offers his gratitude for the bridge loan and Neil exits. Billy tells Victoria what he learned on Jabot’s server. Jack (Peter Bergman) is planning to smash B&S to bits.
Billy elaborates by suggesting that Jabot is hoping to score a new product line. This line could force Fenmore’s to eliminate Brash and Sassy’s shelf space. Victoria is thankful that Billy was willing to go behind Phyllis’ back. When Victoria asks if Phyllis might be involved in the plot, Billy rejects the idea. He puts the blame solely on Jack.
At Jabot, Billy and Victoria seek confirmation on Jack’s scheme. Ashley and Ravi promise they don’t know a thing. However, Ravi manages to pass along info about Ben Hochman (Ben Hermes). He tells Victoria that Ben met with Ashley and Jack before turning his attention to Phyllis. She battles the usual buzzing noise and seethes over another target.
Billy speaks with Ashley privately and she reiterates that she’s being kept out of the loop. Talk turns to Dina (Marla Adams), who’s pushing for family peace. Ashley suggests Billy shouldn’t hold his breath. Across town, Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) demands the true story from Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). She can tell there’s a reason they’re at the penthouse and not the tack house.
