The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Busted, Victoria Blasts Her, Kisses Billy – End Of Philly?

The Young and the Restless (Y&) spoilers tease Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will have a spat with Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni) and does something no one could have predicted. In a moment of weakness, Victoria kisses Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), sending him for a loop.

Victoria and Phyllis face off in Jabot’s elevator during the week of August 28. Victoria accuses Phyllis of sending Benjamin (Ben Hermes) in her direction. In Victoria’s mind, she holds Phyllis responsible for every bad thing that has happened to her recently. Victoria puts her on blast and warns her not to cross her or she’ll be sorry.

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Victoria retreats to Brash & Sassy office and tells Billy about her confrontation with his girlfriend. Billy admits that his employment with B&S is a major source of tension in his relationship with Phyllis.

Victoria put her hand on his arm gently and revealed she completely trusts him again. It brings up old feelings in both of them, and they lean in for a passionate kiss. Victoria mentions that her trust in him has been restored after seeing his work performance and his close relationship with his children.

Billy is taken back by his ex-wife’s behavior and wonders if she’s okay. Victoria believes that even though she had suffered a concussion, her feelings for Billy are real. She refuses to believe that she has a head injury and is the cause of her out of character behavior.

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Billy tries to figure out why Victoria is suddenly showing interest in him. He waited for months for her to be ready for a relationship with him and now that he’s moved on, she decides she wants him? It’s all too confusing for him.
