Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) may have moved out on ‘The Young and the Restless’, but she still supports her man. Nick (Joshua Morrow) was told that he shouldn’t keep Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) from her grandfather. As Y&R viewers also know, Nikki’s advice wasn’t a full-throated endorsement of Victor (Eric Braeden). Instead, it was strategic advice.
A revealing conversation ‘Niktor’ had at the Ranch reconfirmed many character points. Nikki and Victor fully love each other and understand the historical basis that built their personality types.
Y&R Star Joshua Morrow News And Updates
Nikki told Victor that he was still the little boy in the orphanage, reacting defensively in order to survive. Victor didn’t counter her assessment and is often irked by the accuracy of her statements. Nikki’s words were meant to both provoke perspective and to acknowledge the importance of Christian Miller’s background. Yes, she understands him like no one else does.
As she said to her son, Nikki has the deepest experience factor where Victor is concerned. She’s reacted in anger and faced her husband’s wrath time and again. Running that cycle never got her anywhere. So she wants Nick to recognize the reactionary pattern he’s trying to fall into and make needed adjustments.
Victor’s influence over Faith is innocuous at this stage of her life. She enjoys playing chess, spending time with her horse and otherwise enjoying the playground atmosphere the Newman Ranch affords.
Sharon (Sharon Case) recently had a conversation with Victor. She remains leery of him, but like Nikki, wants Faith to continue to have access to the ‘Moustache’.
While ‘Shick’ isn’t a couple, they are co-parents and stand united in their support of Faith. Sharon has evolved into one of the intermediaries that Nick and Victor speak to, as they avoid each other.

Nick believes that he’s protecting his family by guarding them against Victor. Nikki believes that type of emotion is a similar version of the controlling tactics Victor has practiced for years. As long as both men consider the perspective of the two women mentioned in this feature and the feelings of one little girl, their lives in Genoa City should improve.
Of course, all four adults will battle again. But hey, that’s what families do on TV and in the real world.
