The Young and the Restless Spoilers Monday, October 23: Phyllis Unleashes Her Wrath, Billy Is Busted – Chelsea’s Startling Discovery

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, October 23, tease that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will make a startling discovery. In her car, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) awakens to find Chelsea peering in at her. Chelsea expresses concern, but a slightly banged-up Victoria suggests that she’s fine. She asks Chelsea to take her to work and they head on their way.

Meanwhile, Abby (Melissa Ordway) hears about Graham’s (Max Shippee) dirty move. Jack (Peter Bergman) updates Abby on his search for Dina (Marla Adams) and they discuss the recent Ashley (Eileen Davidson) drama. When Zack (Ryan Ashton) calls, Abby agrees to meet up with him.

At Crimson Lights, Paul (Doug Davidson) fills Sharon (Sharon Case) and Scott (Daniel Hall) in on some news. There’s no sign of Alice (Tamara Clatterbuck) yet, but they found another angle. They might be able to figure out which shell company’s backing the sex ring. Once Paul exits, Scott notes that he could use Victor’s (Eric Braeden) resources to move the investigation along.

Lily (Christel Khalil) leaves a message for Cane (Daniel Goddard) about a scheduling issue and eventually finds Victoria at the office. She’s taken aback by the bruises on her boss’ face. Victoria blames clumsiness and gets some makeup to cover the marks. She wants Lily to promote Brash and Sassy’s products in Dallas, so plans are made.

Over the phone, Victoria lets Hilary know that their interview is still on. At the Chancellor mansion, Esther (Kate Linder) meets Juliet (Laur Allen) and finds out about the new living arrangements. Later, Lily drops by and asks if Cane can stay with the twins while she’s out of town. Cane’s reluctance surprises Lily. She wonders what’s up, but gets it once Juliet appears in her robe.

Cane and Juliet insist that this is just about doing what’s best for the baby. They decide Esther can watch out for Juliet while Cane spends time with the teens at Lily’s place. Afterward, Lily privately confronts Cane about the divorce papers. He suggests he just hasn’t had a chance to sign them yet. Lily gripes a bit before stomping off.

At The Underground, Abby shares some of her family’s recent struggles with Zack. He’s sympathetic, but their evening is derailed when he spots Natalia (Tina Ivlev). Zack corners the girl and grabs her arm. He tells Natalia to leave and calls Leon (Renes Rivera). It goes to voicemail, so Zack leaves a message.

Zack returns to Abby and she gushes about how close she feels to him. When he gets up to take Leon’s call, Abby’s irked. Zack snaps at Leon about controlling Natalia. She can’t be seen in town. Abby finds Zack and lashes out, but he patches things up. Abby leans in for a kiss.

At Top of the Tower, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) dances with Billy (Jason Thompson) and hints that things aren’t exactly right between them. Victoria interrupts with a work call for Billy, so Phyllis calls Jack. They make plans to move forward with Jabot’s men’s line immediately. Billy meets up with Victoria and notices the facial bruising, but she insists it’s no big deal.

Later, Phyllis catches Billy reading a planted text from Jack and an argument ensues. She calls him out for using her laptop and phone. Phyllis demands to know why Billy did this to her. It sounds like a serious “Young and the Restless” showdowns ahead. We’ll give you updates as other Y&R news and rumors emerge. Stay tuned to see what’s next in Genoa City.
