The Young And The Restless Spoilers Monday November 20: Crystal Shoots Zack – Crisis For Victor – Jack And Ashley Clash

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, November 20, tease that Crystal (Morgan Obenreder) will save the day. In the motel room, Zack (Ryan Ashton) prepares to shoot Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Scott (Daniel Hall). He’s stunned when Crystal appears and fires another gun behind him.

After Zack’s shocking death, Abby and Scott reunite with the people who care about them. When Scott sees Sharon (Sharon Case), they move in close for a kiss. Abby notices nearby and eventually turns her attention to her own loved ones. Later, Victor (Eric Braeden) and Abby spar about Victoria (Amelia Heinle) taking the COO spot. Abby defends her abilities, but Vic thinks Victoria’s the better choice.

Victor adds that Abby’s the reason they got tangled up with Zack, but she points out that the blame is shared. After all, Victor gave Abby his approval. Neil (Kristoff St. John) also informs Victor about some terrible social media buzz. People suspect that Victor roped Crystal into eliminating Zack. Victor gets riled and urges Neil to handle this immediately.

Meanwhile, Sharon and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) chat about the Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) situation. Mariah confesses that Tessa rejected her, but she still plans stop stringing Devon (Bryton James) along. Abby meets back up with Scott and assures him that she won’t say anything about their sex session. They hurl a few insults until Sharon sends them to their corners.

Scott talks about Sharon being all he thought about in that storage unit. Sharon notes that she had Scott on her mind, too. He means a great deal to her. When Scott asks about the dropped phone call, Sharon fibs that she just said he should stay safe out there.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Jack (Peter Bergman) will be glad Abby survived her traumatic ordeal. Unfortunately, Dina’s (Marla Adams) diagnosis must be dealt with. At the Abbott mansion, Ashley pushes Jack to put Dina in a facility that’s equipped to care for her.

Jack suggests he wouldn’t dream of shipping their mom off and letting her feel abandoned. He intends to look after her, but Ashley doesn’t think that’s realistic. There’s no way Jack can keep up with work and take care of Dina. They bicker until they their emotions get the best of them. Jack and Ashley settle down to focus on how to tell Dina. They don’t know how to inform her that she has Alzheimer’s.

It seems Dina is already aware of her diagnosis, but Ashley and Jack should find that out soon enough. At the police station, Neil and Paul (Doug Davidson) discuss Newman’s part in the sex ring drama. Despite Neil’s efforts to get Newman off the hook, Paul maintains that the investigation is moving forward.
