The Young and the Restless Spoilers Monday December 4: Tessa Rejects Victor – Sharon Thrills Scott – Sam Pulls Through

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, December 4, tease that the Christmas tree-lighting party will get underway. At the ranch, Victor (Eric Braeden) explains his plan for some family photos and everyone mingles. He says hello to Sharon (Sharon Case) and Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) before mentioning Scott (Daniel Hall). Victor notes that Scott’s almost like family now, so he should come.

Abby (Melissa Ordway) tries her best to speak with Victor about the situation at Newman, but she struggles to catch his attention. Scott arrives and Abby asks him to help her out. She eventually gets a chance to share her demands.

Meanwhile, another bash is happening over at the penthouse. Noah (Robert Adamson), Tessa (Cait Fairbanks), Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) all celebrate together. When Noah and Chelsea push for a ranch visit, Nick isn’t interested. He doesn’t think Victor could possibly take anything else from him, so he’s not afraid of getting on his father’s bad side.

Victor phones Chelsea to see when she’s coming over. She tries to shut down his pressure, but his recent threat is certainly concerning. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) stops by and learns there’s some trouble. She helps by taking Connor (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois) on her own. Devon (Bryton James) also calls Tessa over to the ranch. Noah heads over with her and is immediately ambushed by Victor.

Vic explains that Tessa stole Nikki’s gun and gave it to Crystal (Morgan Obenreder). He feels like Tessa has ulterior motives for being with Noah. After mulling it over, Noah confronts Tessa about the weapon theft. She’s sorry, but wanted to leave him out of it for his own good. Tessa addresses all her emotional baggage and Noah pulls her close.

Nearby, Scott and Abby get caught under the mistletoe. Instead of following tradition, Scott notes that his lips are for Sharon (Sharon Case) only. He plants a kiss on her and Connor puts the star on the Christmas tree. Once all the lights are on, Victor corners Tessa and makes her an offer. She refuses to accept $100,000 to leave town.

Back at the penthouse, Chelsea confesses that Victor was pushing her to come over. She’s happy Nikki pitched in and took Connor. Nick and Chelsea take a moment to canoodle. At the hospital, Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) tries to give blood for Sam’s surgery. He’s not a match, so he pushes Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) to help out.

After meeting with Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) and getting a gift, Mattie joins her family at the hospital. All of this is pretty overwhelming for her, but she agrees to get tested and give blood if she’s a match. Everything’s confirmed and Sam’s got enough blood in the bank. The surgery goes well, so Cane’s (Daniel Goddard) relieved. He embraces Lily (Christel Khalil) and hopes things are turning around.

At Sharon’s place, she presents Scott with a stocking and suggests it’s her way of asking him to move in. Scott enthusiastically agrees, so it’s clear he has no intention of admitting he cheated.
