The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Jack’s Plot Stuns Phyllis – Victoria’s Power Play Irks Billy – Scott Suspicious of Nikki

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, April 20, tease that more conflict is on the way for Billy (Jason Thompson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle). She tried to make things right after her recent outburst, but Billy seemed too hurt to let it go. Of course, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) is also in the picture now. Billy is undoubtedly torn about whether he should stick with Phyllis or give Victoria another shot.

Victoria will complicate the situation by making a power play at work. At least that’s how Billy will see it! “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Victoria will take Juliet’s (Laur Allen) side when an issue comes up. It sounds like Victoria will choose Juliet’s proposal over Billy’s.

When Billy acts hostile, Victoria will ask if there’s a problem. She’ll quickly add that Juliet’s idea was solid. Billy will wonder if that’s really true. He’ll feel like Victoria just doing this because he didn’t jump back in her arms. You can bet that Victoria will be outraged by Billy’s accusation. Stay tuned to see how these two handle the strife.

Meanwhile, Jack (Peter Bergman) will reach out to Phyllis for assistance. He’ll reveal that he has a plan to take Victor (Eric Braeden) down. Phyllis will naturally doubt Jack’s ability to pull it off. She’ll contend that Victor always comes out on top.

Jack will believe they can gain their upper hand this time. He knows there’s major tension within the Newman clan. Since Victor won’t have his family backing him up, this could be Jack’s chance to destroy his empire. He’ll assume that Phyllis will want to get on this scheme to crush the great Victor Newman.

Other Y&R spoilers say Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will have an uncomfortable conversation with Scott (Daniel Hall). She’ll suggest he should forget about helping Victor with his biography. When Scott asks why, Nikki will claim that she’s concerned about the Newmans’ shady history.

Scott won’t buy that this is just some general anxiety about the past. He’ll ask Nikki what she’s trying to hide. Nikki will have to think fast if she wants to keep Scott in the dark.
