The Young and the Restless Spoilers Monday, December 18: J.T. Shocks Victoria – Jill Considers Jack’s Offer For Chancellor, Cane and Ashley Freak

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, December 18, tease that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will push Scott (Daniel Hall) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) together again. At Newman Enterprises, Victoria suggests Abby should work with Scott on his latest project. Abby’s irked and just wants to get it over with.

Victor (Eric Braeden) rants about the account anomaly and contends that maybe Nick (Joshua Morrow) made the transfers. Victoria dismisses the idea, but Victor refuses to give up on finding the culprit. Across town, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Kevin (Greg Rikaart) discuss their concerns. Since Kevin helped Nikki with her scheme, they worry they could both be in big trouble.

At the Chancellor mansion, Jill (Jess Walton) returns home and takes a few minutes to catch up with Billy (Jason Thompson). Traci (Beth Maitland) also shows up to see her family for the holidays. She chats with Ashley (Eileen Davidson) about Jack (Peter Bergman) and how he’s taking on too many responsibilities.

Jack meets up with Cane (Daniel Goddard) and makes a business proposition. Unfortunately, Cane holds a grudge and isn’t willing to reach an agreement. Afterward, Cane’s surprised when Jill reveals her plan to sell Chancellor Industries. He asks her to let him run it instead of handing it over to somebody else.

Jill’s willing to take Cane’s proposal into consideration, but Jack makes another one a little later. He pitches his vision and gives Jill a substantial bid. When Ashley realizes what Jack’s up to, she’s not pleased. Ashley hopes to get the Jabot board together for a meeting ASAP.

At the athletic club, Victoria and Nikki approach J.T. (Thad Luckinbell). They try to convince him to let Nikki off the hook for her crime. J.T.’s sorry, but insists he can’t do that. Nikki gives up hope, so she suggests Kevin should get out of town with Bella (Gia Poeme).

Back at Newman, Victoria tells Victor what Nikki did. She’s prepared for the fallout, but J.T. eventually decides he can’t let Nikki go down for this. Christine (Laralee Bell) calls Victor to provide updates on a banking mistake. She notes that J.T. cleared it up, so they’re dropping the matter.

Once she hears the news, Victoria thanks JJ for fudging the story. Victor also expresses his gratitude to J.T. Vic says he’d like to be the one to tell Nikki she’s not facing charges. It sounds like Victor will make Nikki squirm a bit, but they’ll find some holiday peace in the end. We’ll keep you posted as other “Young and the Restless” details and rumors emerge.
