‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, February 17: Lily Stops Hospital Fight – Victoria Feels Bad For Billy – Faith Upset About Chelsea

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, February 17, tease that Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will enjoy a moment alone before the Newman family dinner. At the ranch, Nick kisses Chelsea and Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) spots them. She seems concerned as the rest of the group chats. When Chelsea tries to talk to Faith, she isn’t interested.

Faith urges Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) to invite Sharon (Sharon Case) to the gathering. Nikki isn’t sure that’s a good idea, but Faith persists. She eventually sends Sharon a text and asks her to come over. Meanwhile, Cane (Daniel Goddard) complains at Crimson Lights. He tells Lily (Christel Khalil) that he was left out of the reports on Brash and Sassy.

Lily wants Cane to get his mind off all the drama at work. They head over to the hospital to see Jill (Jess Walton). In Jill’s room, she prepares for more tests. Billy calls Victoria (Amelia Heinle) to give her updates on Jill’s heart attack.

After he hangs up, Billy stops Colin (Tristan Rogers) from speaking with Jill. He’s lashing out at Colin in the hall when Lily appears with Cane. Lily tries to settle everyone down. She suggests that they should leave Billy and Jill alone for a while. Lily encourages Billy to pass along any news he hears to Colin.

Billy reluctantly agrees, but doesn’t want Colin anywhere near the Chancellor mansion. Later, Colin begs Lily and Cane for assistance. He wants to repair his relationship and hopes they can help him score another shot at it.

At The Underground, Noah (Robert Adamson) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) talk about the Newman dinner. When Noah says he’s missing it because of open mic night, Abby has an idea. She promises to promote the event on social media if Noah comes to the gathering. He’s on board, but wants Abby to return to The Underground with him later.

Back at the ranch, Nikki wonders what Faith thinks about Nick and Chelsea possibly becoming more than friends. Faith grumbles that it’s fine, but she doesn’t seem happy. She goes over to Nick and gives Chelsea a dirty look. Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) isn’t pleased to be attending this family function, but he comes in with Victoria anyway.

After Abby walks in with Noah, she talks to Victoria about business. Victoria notes that she’s not coming after Abby’s job at Newman. She quickly adds, “Or will I?” Abby wants her sis to be straight with her, so Victoria promises she doesn’t want her position. However, Victoria feels like Abby will face some ups and downs if she intends on working for Victor (Eric Braeden).

Victor states that he wants to celebrate his daughter’s success. Abby is bummed when she realizes Victor means Victoria. He gushes about Victoria buying Brash and Sassy. Victor finally mentions the great work Abby is doing, but soon shifts his speech back to Victoria. Noah can tell that Abby is having a hard time, so he points out that he understands.

Later, Victor takes Chelsea aside and questions her about her romance with Nick. Chelsea gets uncomfortable and they discuss the paternity secret. Victor insists that they have to keep moving forward. Afterward, Faith finds Victor and confesses that she wants her parents to reunite. Victor thinks Nick and Chelsea would be good together, too. He offers reassurance to his granddaughter.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Billy and Esther (Kate Linder) will have concerns after Jill’s recent test. At the hospital, the doctor indicates that Jill has an anomaly and they had to take care of another blockage. Jill needs to make major changes if she wants to get her health back on track.

When Victoria arrives, she overhears Billy talking to his unconscious mom. Billy tells Jill that he needs her and will be a better son from now on. Y&R rumors hint that Victoria will continue to see a softer side of Billy over the next few weeks. Stay tuned to see how it all plays out.
