The Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday September 1: Victoria Shocks Phyllis – Jealous Mariah Confronts Devon – Nikki Warns Jack

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, September 1, tease that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will discuss Ben Hochman (Ben Hermes). At Brash and Sassy, Nikki grumbles about Hilary (Mishael Morgan) exposing the scandal. Victoria notes that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) may have put everything in motion. She believes Jack (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis are in cahoots.

At Jabot, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) confronts Jack about the accusations that were hurled. Jack assures Ashley that Brash and Sassy is failing on its own. Ash isn’t so sure and contends that Jack may regret his sneaky moves.

Afterward, Jack calls Phyllis in so he can grill her. He thinks she’s been blabbing to Billy (Jason Thompson) about their marketing plans. Phyllis protests that she has no reason to rat him out. She wants to bring Brash and Sassy down just as much as Jack. The company is pulling Billy and Victoria closer.

Later, Nikki drops by and flatters Jack a bit. She shifts gears and demands to know if Jack intends to destroy Victoria. Jack denies it, but Nikki feels the need to warn him. If Jack hurts Victoria in any way, their friendship is over.

Back at Brash and Sassy, Billy and Victoria try to figure out a new plot. He promises his war with Jack won’t result in collateral damage for Victoria or Brash and Sassy. When Victoria suggests they should make Jabot’s line look lousy, Billy vetoes it. He thinks he can find a way to deal with all this.

Once Victoria takes off, Billy makes a call to set up some temps who can distribute Fenmore’s gift cards. He specifies that they can only be used for Brash and Sassy’s products and pays for everything himself. In the elevator, Victoria enters to find Phyllis. The doors shut and Victoria slams the emergency stop button. She glares at Phyllis and snarls that she’s onto her.

At Sharon’s (Sharon Case) place, Devon (Bryton James) comes to see Mariah (Camryn Grimes). She’s not there, but Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) chats with him briefly. Devon wants to get her back in the studio ASAP. Tessa vows to be at the top of her game during the next session.

At the TV studio, Hilary apologizes to Mariah for messing up her date with Devon. She hints that Devon spent a little too long talking to her at the club. Mariah downplays her concerns, but complains to Devon later. He admits Hilary was the reason he bailed, but argues that Mariah has his full commitment. Hilary lurks as Mariah suggests that Devon still wants his ex.

Across town, Scott (Daniel Hall) says he found out Alice’s (Tamara Clatterbuck) address. He takes off with Sharon and they find the house Alice is living in. A neighbor tells them that Alice’s niece has been staying there as well. Scott and Sharon wait for Alice to return, but they eventually give up and drive away.

Zack (Ryan Ashton) spots Tessa at the coffee house and wonders if Crystal’s (Morgan Obenreder) been in touch. They make small talk about their current projects before Zack gets a message from Alice. He checks it and quickly exits.

Nearby, Abby (Melissa Ordway) mentions Brent Davis to Ashley (Eileen Davidson). She notes that Victor (Eric Braeden) didn’t want her to bring up his name. Ashley insists that Brent wasn’t a good guy. She feels he caused irreparable damage to their family.
