The Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday May 5: Jordan and Chelsea Keep a Secret – Victor Sets Scott Straight – Mariah Infuriates Hilary

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, May 5, tease that Victor (Eric Braeden) will want to get a few things straight with Scott (Daniel Hall). He’ll make it clear that Scott is going to follow his orders. Victor will insist if he says there’s going to be no book, then there’ll be no book. It’s as simple as that.

It sounds like Victor is backing out of their agreement, but Scott may not be willing to give up so easily. He’s growing increasingly curious about the Newman family’s secrets.

Scott could decide to continue his research whether a memoir is being written or not. After facing danger in the Middle East, Scott may not be too scared of what Victor might do to him.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers state that Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will continue to feud over Devon (Bryton James).

Hilary is clearly jealous of Mariah and Devon’s bond. Mariah doesn’t appreciate all of Hilary’s little digs. She won’t be able to resist bragging a bit in Friday’s episode.

Mariah will mention that she doesn’t want to be late, so Hilary will ask about her plans. Y&R spoilers say Mariah will take great pleasure in rubbing in some big news. She’ll point out that Devon is taking her for a ride on his private jet.

Hilary will undoubtedly have a snappy comeback. She might tell Mariah to enjoy the gravy train while it lasts. Hilary is certain that Devon will lose interest soon, but that may not be the case. He really seems to like Mariah. Hilary may be forced to take drastic action if she wants to break them up.

Elsewhere, Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) will run into Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Y&R will reveal a surprising secret. It looks like Lily (Christel Khalil) isn’t the only one with a past that involves Jordan.

“The Young and the Restless” sneak peek shows Jordan saying, “So we’re agreeing not to let anyone know about our former friendship.”
