The Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday May 5: Hilary Witnesses Shocking Encounter – Jordan and Chelsea Have a Past – Victor Cancels His Book

“The Young and the Restless’ spoilers for Friday, May 5, tease that Billy (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will go out on their date. At the athletic club, they spot Victor (Eric Braeden) and aren’t happy. Victor comes over and gets updates on their reunion. He’s glad Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is free, but he’s irked that “Billy Boy” will remain at Brash and Sassy.

Afterward, Victor meets with Scott (Daniel Hall) and reveals that the book idea has been nixed. Scott is disappointed since he wanted to repay Victor for his help with the kidnapping fiasco. Victor suggests they’ll come up with another way.

At home, Victoria talks to Nick (Joshua Morrow) about the “Philly” drama. She feels like all of this is Victor’s fault. Victoria is perplexed by the way Phyllis draws men in.

Nick insists that Victoria shouldn’t try to be someone she’s not. He mentions their children and how Billy has repeatedly fallen for Victoria. When Katie (Sienna Mercuri) wanders over, Victoria comes up with a plan.

At her apartment, Phyllis mulls over the situation. Billy promises this is what he wants. Victoria calls and puts Katie on the phone. Billy says goodnight to his daughter before Phyllis appears in sexy lingerie. They make love to celebrate their new beginning as a real couple.

At the TV studio, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) argue about their on-air comments. Hilary suggests that Mariah’s relationship with Devon (Bryton James) isn’t based on love. Mariah mentions that she’s going for a ride on Devon’s private jet. Hilary is annoyed and snaps at Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) when he flirts later.

On the jet, Mariah enjoys Champagne and kisses with Devon. Meanwhile, Hilary sneaks in Devon’s penthouse and gazes at an old picture. Suddenly, Marian and Devon arrive. They’re all over each other. Hilary hides as their make-out session intensifies. She starts to cry as Mariah and Devon have sex on the staircase.

At the ranch, Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) fears Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is going to fire her. She goofed on the gala’s seating chart. Nikki contends that she’s got a soft spot for the girl and really needs her help. They bond over their love of music and performing. Nikki notes that she misses those days.

At The Underground, Tessa speaks with Noah (Robert Adamson) about a surprise. Later, Noah gives her an introduction. Tessa asks Nikki to come up on stage and accompany her. Nikki agrees, but jokingly scolds her. Nick smiles as his mom plays the keyboard. Victor walks in and also seems pleased to see Nikki having fun.

Jordan runs into Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and it’s clear that they recognize each other. They decide no one needs to know about their former friendship. Chelsea suggests they’re different people now. Jordan pulls out a business card and gives it to Chelsea. She quickly walks away as Nick comes around the corner.
