“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, May 19, tease that Nick (Joshua Morrow) will make a surprising declaration. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) is determined to find Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and her accomplice. She just can’t let Adam’s (Justin Hartley) murderer get off scot-free.

Nick knows his father orchestrated Chloe’s return to town, which means Victor (Eric Braeden) is partially responsible for Adam’s death. He’s been trying to hinder Chelsea’s search for the sake of the Newman family, but his guilt is definitely weighing on him. Nick is truly at a crossroads.
Friday’s Y&R preview video shows Nick saying, “Go find Chloe. Do whatever it takes to find her. You need this.” Chelsea will undoubtedly appreciate Nick’s support. She wants him to understand how much this means to her.
Of course, there’s a chance that Nick will monitor Chelsea’s activities like Victor wants. He might keep tabs on her quest and sabotage her efforts. Regardless, there are going to be problems. Nick and Chelsea’s relationship is destined to fall apart sooner or later.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers state that Abby (Melissa Ordway) will get on Scott’s (Daniel Hall) last nerve. He doesn’t like his position as a glorified babysitter and Abby’s attitude will make things even worse. Scott will finally snap over Abby’s arrogance. He’ll contend that she went to the “University of My Daddy Just Handed Me This Job.”
Abby will be appalled by Scott’s behavior. She might push Victor to fire him, but that’s probably not going to happen. Victor is still determined to find out what Abby might be hiding. He needs Scott’s help to figure out if there are any buried secrets.
Speaking of secrets, Cane (Daniel Goddard) will continue to hide the truth about the shady footage. He ordered Jesse to edit it in a way that made Billy (Jason Thompson) look guilty. The plan worked, but it had some unexpected consequences. The whole deal has been blown thanks to Cane!
Billy will be under fire, but he’ll maintain that he’s innocent. He’ll insist that this must he Jesse’s fault. Cane will quickly pipe up that Billy is trying to pin this on someone else. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will take charge of the situation and suggest that they should call Jesse over right away. They need to sort this out as soon as possible.
