The Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday July 7: Bella Stuns Chelsea – Michael’s Efforts Fail – Nick and Nikki Clash Over Concert“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, July 7, tease that Kevin (Greg Rikaart) will face questions about his big move. At the Chancellor mansion, Kevin makes up a story about why he went to Oregon. He notes that it was nice and he believes he can make a good life with Bella there. Esther (Kate Linder) and Michael (Christian LeBlanc) push Kevin to stay, but he refuses to change his mind.




Bella (Gia Poeme) wanders in and greets her daddy. Later, Michael once again tries to get through to Kevin at the park café. Kevin suggests there are too many painful memories in Genoa City. Michael eventually relents and the brothers share a hug.

Across town, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) surprises Sharon (Sharon Case) by asking if you ever get over the love of your life. Sharon contends that there’s often room for multiple loves. She assumes this is about Devon’s (Bryton James) feelings for Hilary (Mishael Morgan), but Mariah doesn’t dish out details.

Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) meets up with Sharon later and wonders if she’d be willing to come back to work. Chelsea 2.0 could really use the extra help. Sharon declines since she’s so busy these days. At the tack house, Nick (Joshua Morrow) manages to pry some info out of Tessa (Cait Fairbanks). She confesses that Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) MS symptoms recently got worse.

Tessa begs Nick to keep Victor (Eric Braeden) out of the loop. He’s OK with that, but intends on making Nikki drop the whole concert idea. At home, Nikki’s hands shake as she tries to play the piano. She looks like she’s in some serious pain.

At the park, Scott (Daniel Hall) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) finish up all the concert preparations. Victor checks in and is pleased with what they’ve accomplished. Nick arrives and takes Victor aside. Scott eavesdrops as Nick scolds Victor for making life difficult for Nikki.

When Nikki struts over, she praises everyone’s hard work. She’s happy with the venue and offers her gratitude to Victor. Later, Nick finds Nikki and indicates that she needs to bail on the concert. He mentions that Tessa told him about her latest MS flare-up. Nikki argues that she’s fine. She tickles the ivories a little to prove it.

Nick still isn’t convinced that this is a good idea, but he lets it go for now. He secretly watches Nikki while she practices alone. Nick can tell that Nikki is still struggling. At Newman Enterprises, Abby wonders why there’s still so much tension within the family. Victor wants this concert to be a new beginning. He feels like it could be a turning point for the Newman clan.

At Crimson Lights, Scott tells Sharon that he ran into Nick earlier. He suggests the encounter was pleasant enough, but Nick was really steamed about the concert. Sharon and Scott also bond over childhood issues. They understand what it’s like to grow up without father. Nearby, Mariah calms a worried Tessa. She doesn’t think Tessa will get in trouble for blabbing to Nick.

Back at the park, Chelsea runs into Kevin and Bella. They chat for a bit, but Kevin eventually says they need to go. When Bella blurts out that they’re going to see Mommy, Chelsea looks stunned. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers hint that Kevin will have to smooth things over on Monday.
