The Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday July 21: Abby Tries to Stop a War – Victoria’s Mysterious Illness – Lily and Cane’s Intimacy Issues

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, July 21, tease that Lily (Christel Khalil) will open up to Neil (Kristoff St. John). At home, Lily admits that things have been rough. Neil wonders if Cane (Daniel Goddard) will continue to be part of the family. Lily confirms it and suggests that she still loves her husband.

Meanwhile, Billy (Jason Thompson) dismisses Phyllis’ (Gina Tognoni) dancing idea. He needs to focus on Brash and Sassy. After Billy is summoned by Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Phyllis isn’t pleased. Nearby, Cane asks Devon (Bryton James) to hook him up with a job. Devon wants to fill Neil in on the request and get back to Cane later.

Neil and Devon meet up to discuss the matter privately. They agree they need to give this some serious thought. At Jabot, Abby (Melissa Ordway) rips into Jack (Peter Bergman) for locking lips with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). Jack points out that Nikki and Victor’s (Eric Braeden) marriage is over. Abby doesn’t care. She doesn’t want Jack to make her choose sides.

Phyllis arrives after Abby exits. She speaks to Jack about Cane’s employment problems and he seems intrigued. Jack calls Cane and leaves a voicemail. At Brash and Sassy, Lily tells Billy that she’s hoping to pick up some extra modeling gigs on the side. Billy gives his approval.

When Abby shows up to see Victoria, she reiterates that she’s sorry about causing her recent fall. Victoria struggles to hear over a buzzing sound. Once the noise dies down, Victoria finds out about Nikki and Jack’s kiss. Abby is concerned about the battle that’s brewing, but Victoria wants her to let it go. Victoria updates Billy after Abby stomps off.

Billy has an outburst about his brother, which annoys Victoria. She deals with humming in her ears again. Across town, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Howard (David Faustino) prep their hot story. Afterward, Hilary needles Mariah (Camryn Grimes) about Devon. Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) comes to Mariah’s rescue by praising the love between Devon and Mariah.

Back at home, Cane and Lily share some tender moments as they reaffirm their love. Unfortunately, their kisses are uncomfortable and Lily recoils at the thought of sex. She reminds Cane that he got another woman pregnant.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Dina Slaps Jack Hard – Elder Story Worth Telling

At Crimson Lights, Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) and Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) face off. Reed defends Victoria when Charlie blames her for causing issues. Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) breaks up their fight, but she’s tense toward Reed. He softens her and they touch each other’s hands. Charlie glares at them in the distance.
