The Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday July 21: Abby Threatens Jack – Hilary and Howard Anticipate Success – Lily Considers Her Future

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, July 21, tease that Abby (Melissa Ordway) will make her stance known. She obviously doesn’t approve of Jack (Peter Bergman) and Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) renewed romance. Abby doesn’t want to see Victor (Eric Braeden) get hurt, so she’s putting her foot down.

Y&R spoilers say Jack will be surprised by Abby’s forcefulness. He’ll listen to her harsh spiel and wonder if she’s making a threat. Abby will declare that Jack shouldn’t make her choose. If Jack continues on this path, Abby may turn her back on him. It’s clear that her loyalty lies with Victor.

Meanwhile, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Howard (David Faustino) will do some prep work for the show. They’ll go over the footage once more to make sure they’re good to go. Hilary will note that Victor really packs a punch. Howard will grin as he suggests everyone will stay tuned after the commercial break. He’ll feel confident that people will want to see what happens next.

This “Young and the Restless” scandal will indeed hit the air and the aftermath should be shocking. Nick (Joshua Morrow) isn’t going to be pleased when all of Genoa City watches this smackdown. His elderly father beat him up in a parking garage! That’s not the kind of news you want spreading around town.

However, there’s no stopping this now. Nick will just have to live with the embarrassment. The Newman clan’s conflict isn’t dying down anytime soon. Elsewhere, strife will linger for Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Lily’s (Christel Khalil) family as well. It’s been tough for Lily and the twins to get past Cane’s terrible mistake.

Juliet’s (Laur Allen) pregnancy has thrown them all for a loop. Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) and Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) are still quite upset about the baby drama. Lily will hope that they can all pull together as a family, but Neil (Kristoff St. John) will ask if Cane is going to be included. He’ll sense that Lily is feeling uncertain about the future.
