The Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday August 4: Victoria’s Shocking Move – Mariah and Tessa Back Off – Victor Makes His Position Clear

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, August 4, tease that Billy (Jason Thompson) will worry about Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) meeting with Ben Hochman (Ben Hermes). At Brash and Sassy, Billy learns that Victoria wants to hear Ben’s pitch. She knows Ben’s track record, but she thinks it’s a risk worth taking.

At home, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) fills Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) in on her efforts to push Ben toward Victoria. Lauren doesn’t seem to think it’s the best idea, but Phyllis remains confident. Billy comes home as Lauren is heading out. He decides to ignore work for the evening and spend some quality time with Phyllis.

At the pool bar, Ben sits at a table with Victoria and talks about nurturing personal relationships. Victoria looks suspicious when Ben puts his hand on hers. She thinks he’s trying a sneaky tactic, but listens as he pushes for a partnership. Victoria’s ears ring, but she dismisses it and urges Ben to leave with her. They make their way to a suite where Victoria undresses Ben and kisses him passionately.

Sharon (Sharon Case) has a chat with Nick (Joshua Morrow) back at the pool bar. He doesn’t like how Scott (Daniel Hall) is trapped in Victor’s (Eric Braeden) web, but he promises to stop trash-talking when Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) comes home. Sharon is happy to hear that.

Scott shows up and defends himself when Nick gripes about his instincts. Afterward, Nick is informed that he can’t charge anything to the Newman account anymore. Sharon agrees to pick up the tab for Nick this time.

At Newman Enterprises, Scott and Abby (Melissa Ordway) show up for a meeting with Victor. They take a few jabs at each other as they discuss their projects. Abby is convinced that Zack’s (Ryan Ashton) app is going to do good things for the company. Scott mentions his sex ring story and Victor gives him the green light.

At the Abbott cabin, Jack (Peter Bergman) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) take a moment to discuss Victor. Jack admits that others might think he’s pursuing Nikki out of spite. Nikki knows that’s not the case and insists she likes hanging out with him. Jack wonders if this is all too much for her, but Nikki’s enjoying their romance. Somebody continues to spy on them nearby.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Mariah (Camryn Grimes) will be flustered by her actions. At the hotel, Mariah stares nervously at Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) after their kiss. She suddenly darts across the room and spews out dozens of apologies. Tessa takes Mariah’s hand and suggests she doesn’t need to be sorry.

Mariah wonders if Tessa is OK with what just happened. Tessa notes that Mariah just got caught up in the excitement of San Francisco and all the new experiences. They vow to put the kiss behind them and focus on their boyfriends. When Noah (Robert Adamson) and Devon (Bryton James) return, Mariah is quick to suggest alone time with their significant others.

Later, Mariah blurts out that she loves Devon and they fall back on the bed for sex. Meanwhile, Noah and Tessa run into a problem with a security guard. They can’t find their passes, but Tessa gets them in by tossing around the Newman name. Noah seems surprised by the move.
