The Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday August 4: Tessa and Mariah Get Complicated – Jack Reassures Nikki – Ben Hochman Surprises Victoria

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, August 4, tease that Ben Hochman (Ben Hermes) will make his move. After getting some advice from Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) in Thursday’s episode, Ben will think he knows how to handle his business meeting. He’ll sit down for a chat with Victoria (Amelia Heinle) to go over some of his ideas.

Ben will hope to become an investor at Brash and Sassy, but his tactics could spell trouble. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Ben will mention how important it is to nurture personal relationships. He’ll suggest that it’s a great way to achieve a mutual benefit. Ben will lean in close and put his hand on Victoria’s. She’ll seem a bit taken aback by how touchy-feely Ben is getting.

Victoria might point out that they should keep it professional. She’s usually a no-nonsense kind of gal, especially when there’s so much at stake. Victoria can’t afford to let herself get suckered by Ben’s sweet talk. She needs to focus on doing what’s best for the company right now.

At the cabin, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will mull over her current situation. She’ll be enjoying her getaway with Jack (Peter Bergman), but a dark cloud could hang over their fun evening. Nikki will insist that they need to discuss the elephant in the room.

Jack will grin as he wonders if the elephant has a mustache. He’ll assume Nikki is concerned about whatever stunts Victor (Eric Braeden) might pull. Vic can do some pretty outrageous things when people provoke his wrath. Nevertheless, Jack won’t want Nikki to worry. He’ll feel like this is their time to let loose and see where their romance leads.

A new Y&R romance is also budding in San Francisco, but Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) will have to put the brakes on for now. After they pull away from their kiss, Devon (Bryton James) and Noah (Robert Adamson) will return. They’ll immediately embrace their girlfriends, which will create some awkwardness.

Mariah will give Devon a quick peck as she puts her arms around him. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say she’ll look nervously at Tessa, who’ll be hugging Noah.
