The Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday August 18: Hilary’s Hot Story Stuns Billy and Victoria, Cane Thrilled – Phyllis Clashes with Jack

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, August 18, tease that things will go from bad to worse for Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Thursday’s episode sets up more drama when Victoria seethes over Ben Hochman’s (Ben Hermes) connection to Cane (Daniel Goddard). She puts it all together and figures out Ben is hoping to get dirt on her company. A confrontation with ensues and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) manages to record it.

It looks like Hilary will use that footage to her advantage on Friday. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers state that Cane and Ben will be surprised by Hilary’s show. They’ll sit at the athletic club bar while Hilary makes an announcement on TV. She’ll note that they’re preempting their features to deliver late-breaking, exclusive news.

Y&R Star Jason Thompson News And Updates 

At Brash and Sassy, Victoria will rant to Billy (Jason Thompson). She’ll feel like she dodged a bullet by ripping up Ben’s contract, but trouble is still brewing. Victoria can’t escape the consequences of her hookup with “The Hoch.” She’ll receive a perplexing text from Cane in Friday’s Y&R episode.

Cane will suggest that they should turn on “The Hilary Hour.” He’ll contend that they won’t want to miss this. Victoria and Billy will likely do what they’re told, which means they’re in for a shock. A jaw-dropping story is about to air. Hilary will make sure everyone knows about Victoria’s fling with Ben and all the problems that followed.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will try to distance herself from Jack (Peter Bergman). She encouraged Ben to make a move on Victoria, but Jack continued the scheme from there. Now that Cane is involved, Phyllis will think it’s time to abandon ship.

Friday’s preview video shows Phyllis declaring, “You and Cane are dying to bring Billy down!
