“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, April 28, tease that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will try to get her romance with Billy (Jason Thompson) back on track. At the café in the park, Victoria asks if they can pick up where they left off. Billy suggests they should stick to the way their relationship is right now. Victoria doesn’t seem to get the hint.

Elsewhere, Lily (Christel Khalil) wonders why things are so heated between Juliet (Laur Allen) and Cane (Daniel Goddard). Juliet lies that they were just arguing about a press release.

Lily returns to Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) before Victoria comes in with Billy. They all agree to have dinner together at Top of the Tower. Victoria wants to ride with Billy so they can discuss Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott).
After learning Billy has plans, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) decides to be Ravi (Abhi Sinha) and Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) third wheel.
Across town, Jack (Peter Bergman) assumes Nikki is having problems with Victor (Eric Braeden). She insists that’s not the case, but Jack points out that Nikki is asking him for tips on getting her groove back.
Jack eventually cracks a few jokes about what Nikki should do. She gets an idea and they head to the ranch. Nikki plays a song on the piano as Jack happily listens. She’s decided to play at the upcoming charity gala. Jack takes a look at some old pictures with Nikki. They recall memories of when they used to be a couple. Victor doesn’t seem pleased when he comes home to find Jack cozying up to Nikki.
At Top of the Tower, Phyllis looks upset once she spots Victoria with Billy. She gulps down her drink and Ashley notices. A bottle of Champagne appears with a note that says they should drown their sorrows. It references Brash and Sassy’s great sales numbers. Later, Ashley takes a few jabs at Victoria over the note.
Nearby, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Lily exchange insults. After getting updates on the divorce, Lily moseys over to Devon (Bryton James) and Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) table. She congratulates Devon on the split and approves of his new love interest. Hilary and Jordan also stop by for an awkward encounter.

Lily tries to convince Juliet and Ravi to date. Introductions are made and they talk for a minute. Once Juliet walks off, Ashley urges Ravi to go for it. Ravi quickly implies that he’s not interested. Phyllis finally gets fed up and texts Billy to meet her in the coatroom. Cane eavesdrops as Billy promises that she’s the one he wants.
Meanwhile, Juliet joins Victoria in the ladies’ room. Victoria confesses that she’d like to reunite with Billy. “The Young and the Restless” rumors hint that this love triangle could result in some serious complications. Y&R fans will want to stay tuned for all the drama.
At Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) penthouse, Nick (Joshua Morrow) gets some upsetting news. Chelsea reveals that Victor added a substantial sum to her business account. She states that Victor gave it to her in memory of Adam (Justin Hartley). Vic also clarified that he wouldn’t have any kind of control at the company.
Nick is still appalled by his father’s actions. They discuss the turmoil surrounding Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) secrets. Nick worries that maybe Chelsea doesn’t want to be together anymore, but she assures him she does. Chelsea surprises Nick with a couple’s massage and they make love afterward.
