The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Autumn Winds Chill Genoa City – Storyline Climaxes Approach

Autumn arrives on September 22 on ‘The Young and the Restless’. Genoa City has already felt fall winds chilling various character’s lives. As the summer sets, Y&R fans are ready for various storylines to climax. Let’s preview some of them.

Billy (Jason Thompson) has two options. He can stay with his girlfriend Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), or return to his true love, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and his children.

Fans have never been fond of ‘Philly’ and while some, or many may wonder what another incarnation of ‘Villy’ could offer, they are willing to give that reunited couple a chance.

Victor (Eric Braeden) should drop the Christian (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) news on Nick (Joshua Morrow) soon. Apparently the ‘Moustache’ is practicing strategic patience. That political strategy could be seen as a mask for inaction, or Victor may be waiting for the opportune moment to further wreck his son’s life.

Nick has been trying to distance himself from his dad for years. Now, as the fall arrives he may realize that the great man’s tentacles remain around his neck.

Lily (Christel Khalil) needs to tell Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) that she’s still married. Doing so would allow her to support Cane (Daniel Goddard) through the birth of his second son and then to determine if ‘Lane’ is viable.

Mr. Ashby does not consider Juliet (Laur Allen) as a future mate (yet). So Lily would be wise to set a balanced playing field for herself before encouraging anything personal with Mr. Wilde, if she is honestly open to potentially reuniting with Cane.

Mariah (Camryn Grimes) needs to be honest with Devon (Bryton James) and with herself. Before he was an apparent boyfriend, Devon was a friend and a friend he remains.

By sharing her feelings Mariah would not only allow Devon to objectively assess any potential future they may have, but he could also serve as an honest sounding board. In addition to initiating a discussion of the seeming mixed feelings she has with Sharon (Sharon Case), Mariah should also have a heart-to-heart with Devon. He’s a compassionate person and would help her to face whatever the truth is.
