The Young and the Restless Spoilers Thursday December 7: Ashley and Jack Fight for Control – Scott Comes Clean – Lily’s Baby Drama

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, December 7, tease that Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will have an offer for Jack (Peter Bergman). At the Abbott mansion, Dina (Marla Adams) rants about Hilary being an intruder. Traci (Beth Maitland) ushers Dina into another room to calm her down. Jack lets Hilary know he’s sorry and turns his attention to her proposal.

Hilary urges Jack to make Jabot a sponsor of her show. In exchange, they’ll promote the company’s products. Jack can’t pass up such great advertising, so they make a deal. Later, Hilary’s furious when Ashley (Eileen Davidson) refuses to honor the agreement. Ash gets agitated and calls the rest of the Abbott clan in for a meeting.

At home, Billy (Jason Thompson) shows off a picture of a racehorse. He bought “Philly” for Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), so she playfully lists the reasons why it was a pointless purchase. They make love before heading to Jabot. At Newman Enterprises, Abby (Melissa Ordway) pushes Scott (Daniel Hall) to share how he really feels about her. Scott eventually confesses that he’s had their sex session on his mind.

Nevertheless, Scott maintains that he wants to be with Sharon (Sharon Case). He thinks his attraction to Abby is merely physical. Scott argues that they wouldn’t be a good match in other ways. At the hospital, Lily (Christel Khalil) gets a little rattled when Cane (Daniel Goddard) lets her hold Sam. The baby’s doing much better, but Lily gets overwhelmed by all her feelings.

Once Lily passes the baby back, she heads for the exit. Hilary arrives to take her turn and she’s a natural. Cane teases Hilary a bit and admits he may never be able to repair the damage with Lily. Later, Abby and Lily meet up to gripe about their complicated love lives.

Back at Jabot, Ashley pushes for total control at the board of director’s meeting. Jack bursts in and starts a shouting match. Traci and Abby think they should take a breather, but Jack wants to shut the whole meeting down. Ashley scolds Jack for his behavior over the last few months and indicates that their father would be outraged. Jack corrects that John (Jerry Douglas) was his father, not Ashley’s.

Ashley’s upset by Jack’s low blow and protests that John raised them both. Jack feels like Ashley’s exploiting Dina’s illness by trying to take control like this. He forces Ash to leave and insists that Hilary’s getting the sponsorship. Ashley finds Billy and hopes to figure out if he’s with her on this. Meanwhile, Traci hangs out with Jack and attempts to settle things down.

Dina goes missing briefly, which causes a meltdown for Jack. When Gloria (Judith Chapman) emerges from the lab with Dina, Ashley calls Jack out for leaving her in someone else’s care. Jack contends that Ashley can handle Dina tomorrow and see what it’s like.
