The Young and The Restless Spoilers: Abbott Flashbacks Set to Reveal Why Dina Abandoned Her Family

“The Young and The Restless” showed us last week a flashback into a younger time in the Abbott family’s life. We saw a glimpse to the past when Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Ravi Shapur (Abhi Sinha) spent some time in the Abbott family cabin.Ashley had flashed back to a time of a young John Abbott (Jonathan Stoddard) and a teenage Ashley (McKayla Dunne) asking her father why he was so sad, he shared her mother would not be coming home.

“The Young and The Restless” spoilers reveal we have more days ahead to look back to the Abbotts as a young family. We have all heard the stories, and some may even remember the olden days when Dina was still an Abbott. On Thursday, August 24th, we will get a glimpse back to a time when a young John (Jonathan Stoddard), a young Dina (Cathy Marks), and a teenage Jack (Graham Taylor). We have seen a couple of memories Jack had of his mother and him as a child.

“The Young and The Restless” spoilers tell us this time around we will get a better look into John and Dina relationship, Jack’s childhood, and into why Dina decided to leave her family. A topic that has sparked quite the controversy, not just in the show, but also amongst fans.
