The Young And The Restless News: Pregnant Melissa Ordway Shares Upsetting Diagnosis

The Young and the Restless has done an amazing job of hiding Abby Newman’s baby bump on the CBS soap opera.  As Y&R fans know, the character’s portrayer Melissa Ordway is pregnant in real life with baby number two.  Melissa keeps her followers updated on her pregnancy via social media.

Ordway recently revealed to her followers that she was getting some routine bloodwork done.  The expectant mother explained that she failed her blood sugar tests and has been diagnosed with gestational diabetes, which isn’t too uncommon, but still not exactly positive news.  Melissa is taking the news like a champ though, and asking her fans online for healthy recipes to help her get through the remainder of her pregnancy.
