The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Sheila And Quinn Round 2, Pay-per-view Worthy Soap Brawl

A nod to a recently popular boxing pay-per-view fight was seen on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’. Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) and Quinn (Rena Sofer) embodied Mayweather and McGregor, wink.

Viewers love these must-see events. This second go-round was a bit unexpected, as it developed very quickly. The first fisticuff between Eric’s (John McCook) groupies was anticipated within the scene that was set.

As B&B fans recall, Sheila arrived at the Forrester estate not knowing that Eric was at work. She brought the watch that Stephanie (Susan Flannery) gifted McCook’s character. Quinn was home alone, confronted Miss Carter and mayhem ensued.

That fight was a humdinger, as many pieces in the mansion’s living room were wrecked. Quinn’s tablet fling also gave Sheila a concussion, which established the reigning daytime villain’s invited spot in Eric’s house.

So Quinn purposely went to the guest room where Sheila is staying. She did so after being rebuked by Eric, who received James’ (Ian Buchanan) blackmailed diagnosis.

Quinn felt in her gut that Sheila was exaggerating and she was right. Sofer’s character opened the door and saw the pre-Halloween witch upright and seemingly swaying, which confirmed that she was totally alright.

Sheila attempted to deny what Quinn asserted. But when Quinn attempted to leave the room, stating that she was going to tell Eric what happened, Sheila threw a glass item toward the wall.

After that gift from Eric to Quinn shattered, Sheila grabbed the current Mrs. Forrester. They fought, beat each other with exploding feather pillows and eventually landed on the mat, uh, carpeted bedroom floor.

B&B writers have created a classic soapy conundrum for Brown’s iconic character. The terrific actor who plays Sheila is contracted as a cast member until next spring. That one-year run means that one of this genre’s all-time great tormentors will be in the Forrester’s lives until that point, at least.

Quinn is a fine foe. Different than past women who Sheila battled for whatever man she projected her past obsessions onto.

Sheila’s two-fold problem is that Eric truly loves Quinn. He also doesn’t trust Sheila and likely never will. Mrs. Forrester’s double dilemma is the imminent threat Sheila poses to her life, along with the damaging Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) issue that was exposed.

Scoring through Round 2 by this ring judge gives one frame to each combatant. Whoever can combine creative force with endurance will win this fight, unless a dirty trick causes the bell to ring earlier than expected.
