The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers Friday August 18: Sheila Called Out on Her Deception – Steffy Questions Bill – Sally Feels Broken

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Friday, August 18, 2017 reveal someone’s manipulations could be coming to an end while another questions the lies that have been told.  Someone breaks down feeling alone and heartbroken; will her tears finally convince the truth to be exposed?  Fan do not want to miss what Friday’s show has in store!

The Bold and the Beautiful’s Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) has been dealing with a concussion after her vicious physical fight with Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer).  It appears that Eric Forrester (John McCook) understands she is injured but also recognizes that she could be acting far sicker than she really is.  He calls in reinforcements and brings in Dr. James Warwick (Ian Buchanan) to evaluate her.

The good doctor pulls no punches when he tells her it is apparent she is well enough to leave the house but its also apparent she doesn’t want to.  Will he reveal what he knows to Eric or is he obligated by doctor-patient confidentiality to keep her condition to himself?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) continues to be very concerned that her father-in-law Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is making a huge mistake when it comes to his lies about his niece, Caroline Spencer (Linsey Godfrey) being deathly ill.  Steffy tells Bill it was not a good idea to have her husband, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) do an assignment on Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) knowing how guilty he feels about the lies he is being forced to accept.

B&B’s Sally Spectra is working hard to prove that she can revive the family business Spectra Fashion; but while she is elated for her cousin CJ Garrison (Mick Cain) for giving her this one last chance, she can’t help but tell Liam how empty she feels with Thomas Forrester (Pierson Fode) being gone and feels like she has lost a part of herself.  How will Liam react to her emotions and will he finally reveal the truth to her?
