The Bold and the Beautiful Katherine Kelly Lang’s New Project Revealed

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal Katherine Kelly Lang, who portrays Brooke Logan Spencer, has been busy outside of her role on the CBS daytime drama. Fans will be excited to hear of her new film “Stan the Man” and that another soap opera super star is also part of the cast, Crystal Chappell, who has portrayed characters on 5 different daytime dramas including NBC’s Day of Our Lives as Dr. Carly Manning and in a recurring role as Danielle Spencer on CBS’ The Bold and the Beautiful.

B&B sources can’t help but note the comparison to her current role on B&B to the role in ‘Stan the Man’. According to Soaps In Depth, Lang plays a wealthy woman who is desperately obsessed with the lead character and has been trying for ten years to convince him to commit to her, and marry her. Doesn’t that remind you of Brooke Logan with her various men, including Eric Forrester (John McCook), Ridge Forrester (now-Thorsten Kaye) and her current husband, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont)?

Lang has filmed this month and confirms a few days in October, but viewers don’t need to worry about her missing any time from the CBS soap opera; which is a good thing since she is embroiled in an interesting story involving her husband Bill and his blackmailing son, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton); not to mention the forbidden romance blossoming between her stepson, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) and her sister, Katie Logan (Heather Tom)!

The Bold and the beautiful spoilers tease that things are about to get far more exciting as we watch how Liam’s extortion is opening doors for explosive break ups and possible new romances. Brooke has been torn between Bill and Ridge for a long time now, and when she discovers just how far Bill went to obtain what he desired- the land Spectra Fashions was sitting on – she may leave him and reunite with Ridge, who has been desperate to rekindle their relationship and finally claim her as his wife again; of course they may not be the only couple to come out of this devious scheme.

Liam seems to have a soft spot for “orphan Annie” better known as Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), could his desire to right his father’s wrongs spell trouble for him and his marriage to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood)?
