One Life to Live Star Eddie Alderson Back in Chemotherapy

Eddie Alderson has some new health news for his fans. The ‘One Life to Live’ star recently revealed that he is back in chemotherapy. He finished one round of treatment back in April, but unfortunately he’s not at the end of his journey yet.

Eddie was diagnosed with lymphoma late last year. The actor, who used to play Matthew Buchanan on ‘One Life to Live’ told his social media followers that he’s ready to take on this next challenge in his life.

He wrote on Instagram, “My journey continues on~ I started stronger chemo a few weeks back, but nothing is getting me down. Chemo may take my hair but it will never take my spirits or positive state of mind. Feeling great, actually shot an 86 today on the golf course today, not too bad. One thing is for certain, there is #NoSurrender in me. Never.

Luckily, Eddie has the support of his friends and family near by. His sister and former ‘General Hospital’ star Kristen Alderson recently shared his journey on World Cancer Day. She posted photos of his undergoing treatment and has updated his fans on his status on her Instagram account, too.
