Neighbours Spoilers: Elly Conway Makes A New Enemy

Neighbours spoilers indicated that things were finally looking up at Erinsborough High with Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne) back, large and in charge. But will her own niece Elly Conway (Jodi Anasta) turn the campus upside down again when her bid to help out backfires?

Teacher Elly is eager to make a good impression on her aunt, and help out the school at the same time. She gets her big opportunity as she prepares a proposal for more school funding. But when the big day arrives, and she’s set to make her pitch to the Department, things go comically awry. Will Elly ever get her dignity back?

Trying to ensure that the Department visitor is properly swayed by what he sees at the school, Elly cracks down on the student body, demanding that they adhere to stringent dress rules.

But when a new girl takes exception to the uniform demand, she sneakily takes advantage of a dramatic situation involving Elly.

It seems that Elly’s own outfit becomes soiled, requiring her to head to the showers and clean up. But the new girl sees what happens and gets the idea for a sweet moment of revenge on Elly. She convinces another student to steal Elly’s clothes while she’s in the shower, leaving her high and dry so to speak!

Poor Elly doesn’t know what to do without her clothes, but some quick thinking on her part leads her to make do by grabbing a banner from the wall to hide her nakedness.

She races off to her office and tries to get some clothes brought in from the lost and found department. No such luck though! Before she can get re-clothed, Elly’s predicament is witnessed by both her aunt and the Department visitor. Oops!

Susan is horrified by what she sees, and determined to not let the embarrassing incident go, especially after the costly antics that took place over the last few months involving her and the school. Someone must pay for this travesty; but who will it be?
