Must Watch: Tamara Braun’s First Appearance – Sonny & Carly Meet Oscar’s Mom, Dr. Kim Nero

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Tamara Braun, who is well known for formerly portraying the role of Carly Corinthos has returned to the ABC soap opera family fold in a new role – Dr. Kim Nero, Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) mother.

GH sources show in their newest promo video that mob boss Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gives his wife, Carly (Laura Wright) who has been rather persistent on meeting her teen daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) young love’s mom, that she is on the premises and on her way up. Michael (Chad Duell), Sonny and Carly go to the front door as an anxious Oscar tells Joss “this is it” and their lives will never be the same as the doorbell rings. Joss smiles and they go to join the others to greet his mother

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Sonny opens the door, as Carly welcomes her with a warm smile. We finally catch a glimpse of Tamara Braun, and GH fan must be thrilled to see the talented actress back on their TV screens!

Viewers of the ABC soap opera might want to proceed with caution because, as of right now there isn’t much that we know about Dr. Kim Nero, nor do we know anything about Oscar’s father, but we do know that Joss and Oscar are determined to find out who he is and have no idea where their search is going to lead them.

GH spoilers tease that on the other side of things, we know that Carly is famous for meddling in her children’s relationships – there was Michael and Abby (Andrea Bogart) – Michael and Sabrina (Teresa Castillo). How about Morgan and Kiki (now-Hayley Erin) or Morgan and Ava (Maura West)? Most recently, of course, we know Carly hated Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) and did just about everything to interfere in their relationship; so how long will it take before she goes down the same path with Josslyn?
