Hollyoaks Spoilers: Harry Uncovers Major Clue In Amy’s Murder Case

Did Ryan kill Amy, then trash the video evidence of his crime on, “Hollyoaks?” Ste sits in jail falsely accused of Amy’s murder, but his boyfriend Harry is hot on the trail of justice. Will he find a cold dead end?

The whodunit gets trickier and stickier next week when Harry visits Ste in jail. Ste did himself no favors by confessing to murder.

Unbeknownst to him, his memory of a crazy fight with Amy right before she died was not true! It was actually a false memory, but how could he have known that at the time?

Instead, he’s still awaiting trial, possibly looking at a lifetime in prison while the guilty party skates. I mean, what jury will believe it when a man who confessed to murder later says he made an oopsie? Fortunately for Ste, Harry can’t imagine life without him, and is determined to clear his name. But is he too late?

During their jailhouse visit, Ste tells Harry his theory about Ryan being the murderer. Bolstered by this new lead, Harry returns to town ready to uncover clues; first off he questions James. Next Harry heads over to The Loft. Ryan says he was there when Amy was murdered, so surely there’s videotape footage that will exonerate him, right?

Ryan has said that he was drinking at The Loft, but will his alibi actually cast suspicion on him? Unfortunately for Harry and Ste, their mission to clear Ste’s name may be all for naught. Harry manages to gain entrance to the building, but what he finds there is devastating: the CCTV video is nowhere to be found.

Is the missing tape simply residing somewhere else, waiting to be found? Or has someone purposely taken and destroyed the evidence? This doesn’t look good for Ryan and his alibi, but how can Harry spin this to win Ste’s release? Or is it time for Ste and Harry resign themselves to a lifetime of misery?
