General Hospital Spoilers: Will Olivia And Ned Get Their Happily Ever After On GH?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers seem to be the on the same page as many of the fans. We have loved watching Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) slowly come together and were devastated when they broke up in what seemed a final good bye when he couldn’t handle the lie about Leo being Julian Jerome’s (William deVry) son and not his.

Olivia returned to Port Charles, with her son, but heartbroken. She ended up confirming that Julian was really Leo’s father; and they were able to co-parent fairly well; obvious ups and downs thanks to his line of work, but all in all, they were cordial to each other for the most part.

GH’s Ned returns months later and they seem to pick up where they left off, both head over heels for each other; except this time Olivia is walking into their relationship with eyes wide open. Ned invites her and Leo to move into the Quartermaine mansion and at first she refuses; he then proposes to her and she bolts.

You can clearly see her being torn in two as she sits at The Floating Rib, where Ned finds her. Olivia hasn’t exactly led a virtuous life, which is clear by the fact that she has two children from different crime bosses. She is a great mother, who works hard and fights even harder for her boys.

Ned Ashton has been a key player of the Quartermaine family on General Hospital for a very long time; but his history of marriages and rocky relationships is very prominent; including an affair with his Uncle’s wife, Dr. Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson). GH fans felt that his marriage to Lois Cerullo (then Rena Sofer) would last forever, but it didn’t.

Ned vowed to Olivia at the Floating Rib he would prove to her that he is deserving of her love and we, viewers, can only hope that is true because they have been one couple many have been cheering for.

Their love for each other is genuine and for once there isn’t something one needs to steal from the other. We just hope we can see more of their romance on screen and look forward to a long and loving commitment between these two.
