General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday May 3: Nathan Prepares For Maxie’s Return- Tracy’s Big News – Sonny Romances Martina

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday May 3 reveal that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is very much looking forward to his new bride, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) returning home.

Maxie took off shortly after their wedding to temporarily live and work in Portland, where her daughter, Georgie (Lily Fisher), lives with her ex, Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson). Nathan sounds absolutely thrilled to be talking with Maxie, while at their apartment and is looking forward to her coming home the next day.

General Hospital spoilers warn not to get too excited about Maxie’s return. Nathan is in for a big disappoint this week. With Kirsten Storms still out on leave and no official word of a temporarily recast, it looks like something will prevent Maxie from returning back to Port Charles for the foreseeable future. How will Maxie’s extended absence effect her marriage to Nathan?

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) informs her family at the Quartermaine Mansion that she has a very important announcement to make. Now that Samira has been found out to be a complete fraud hired by Tracy’s conniving ex, Lord Larry Ashton (Hugo Napier), what news does Tracy have to share with her family? With Jane Elliot’s last air date looming only days away, is Tracy ready to make her departure from Port Charles? What kind of scandalous last minute shakeups are in store for Tracy’s exit?

May sweeps means that it’s time to prepare for the annual Nurse’s Ball! Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) looks overwhelmed as she busily makes arrangements. She declares that the Nurse’s Ball sneaks up on her every single year, although this year she has been particularly distracted.

Lucy has been feeling super guilty about keeping Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) secret. She has already accepted a very generous donation for the Nurse’s Ball from Ava’s art gallery in exchange for never revealing that she caught Ava trying to dump Morgan Corinthos’s (Bryan Craig) medication bottle. Lucy has already tried confessing on more than one occasion. Secrets have a way of coming to light at the Nurse’s Ball. Will this year’s reveals include devastating consequences for Ava?

Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) knows a thing or two about revenge. She warns her cousin Carly Corinthos (Larua Wright) that once she goes down that road, she may never be able to come back from it. LuLu has done some pretty drastic things in the name of vengeance and so has Carly for that matter. Will Carly take Lulu’s advice and learn from her past mistakes? Or will she play dirty and do anything necessary to take down her soon to be ex husband, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?

Sonny seems to not be having any trouble moving on from Carly. He has no problem breaking out the dimples and putting on the charm with Martina Morales (Daya Vaidya), an attractive woman he met while drowning his sorrows over Carly.
