General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday May 24 indicate that Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) is not doing so great recovering from her recent injuries. She awakens in her bed at the hospital, in pain, and immediately asks for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), who has left her side to attend the Nurses Ball.

Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) continues to worry about his son, Jake Webber (Hudson West). After finding the Chimera necklace on the floor at the Nurse’s Ball, Jason wonders how it got there and what it means for he and Jake.
Samantha Morgan (Kelly Monaco) asks Jason if he thinks that Jake was the one who brought the Chimera necklace to the ball.
Anna Devane ( Finola Hughes) demands that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) tell her where the Chimera is.
Valentin’s wife, Nina Cassadine (Michelle Stafford) looked disappointed to see her husband stop in his tracks for Anna yet again and slips away. Valentin’s refusal to ignore Anna completely, may end up costing him his marriage to Nina for good.
Jake shows off the Chimera capsule to Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) and Charlotte Cassadine ( Scarlett Fernandez). Charlotte goes to reach for the Chimera but Jake backs away, panicked, and warns her not to touch it.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Ava Jerome (Maura West) may not be able to keep her involvement in Morgan Corinthos death a secret for much longer. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) shows up at the Nurses Ball and corners a squeamish Ava, who is trying to duck out. Sonny asks Ava where she is going and tells her that the party’s just getting started.

Meanwhile, Dr. Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) makes a phone call to see if the tests that he ordered have been run on Morgan’s recovered pill bottle. Expect to enjoy more dazzling Nurses Ball performances as General Hospital staffers and Port Charles residents take their talents to the stage.
