General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday August 23: Julian in Trouble – Ned Hires Alexis – Franco Embarrassed – Sam Reveals Truth

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, August 23, 2017 reveal Julian Jerome (William deVry) could be in serious trouble when his attorney Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) is told by the District Attorney that they have a witness who can speak to the defendant’s motives.  Could this witness be Julian’s ex-wife, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn)?

At the Metro Court, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) finds his former wife and newly re-instated attorney, Alexis Davis and tells her he is in the market for her legal services.  Although Ned is a newlywed, it appears he is desperate to take back his family company, ELQ from his nephew, Michael Quartermaine Corinthos (Chad Duell) who has been in control of the company for a while now.  Will Alexis help Ned achieve his life-long dream of running his family legacy?

General Hospital spoilers show nurse Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) visits her lover, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) at his art studio; he seems to be acting a bit strange towards her when she says there is a reason he is famous.  She is referring to his art, while he feels she is talking about his dark past and its not something to be particularly proud of.  Will Liz be able to help Franco out of his funk and support him as he rebuilds his career as an artist?

GH’s Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) has walked in on her husband, Sonny (Maurice Benard) talking to Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco), as she insists she needs to reveal the truth.  Sources tease that Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) arrives just as she says she needs to tell her everything.  How will Carly react to the news that Sam shot her husband than kicked him into a pit, leaving him there to die?
