General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday April 19: Tracy And Samira Argue – TJ Shocked By Mom’s Romance – Michael Tells Sonny To Leave Town

General Hospital spoilers for the Wednesday April 19 episode of GH tease there will be some big action in Port Charles, and fans of the ABC soap opera won’t want to miss a single second of it.

The official GH promo for Wednesday’s episode hints that TJ Ashford [Tequan Richmond] is back in town and clearly surprised by his mom’s new relationship status.  What will he think of Jordan [Vinessa Antoine] and Curtis [Donnell Turner] finally coupling up?  Will he put a stop to their romance, or give his blessing?

Across town, Hayden [Rebecca Budig] and Finn have a tough conversation.  General Hospital spoilers tease that their future as a couple appears grim, and Finn [Michael Easton]’s addiction is taking a toll on Hayden.  In the General Hospital spoiler video Hayden tells Finn that she won’t “make promises she can’t keep.”

Finn’s relationship is just one of the many problems he has on his plate right now.  While Hayden and he are chatting, spoilers tease that Brad is at the hospital trying to get Griffin Munro [Matt Cohen] fired up about Finn’s addiction, and he’s trying to convince Munro that Finn should no longer have a job at GH.

Tracy Quartermaine [Jane Elliot] doesn’t seem too excited to see her pal Samira in Port Charles.  The all new General Hospital promo shows Tracy snapping at Samira, “I am not giving up my father’s legacy, not even for you.”  It looks like Tracy’s storylines are really going to heat up before her big exit in coming weeks.

General Hospital spoilers also tease that Wednesday’s episode will be packed full of CarSon drama.  Nelle Hayes [Chloe Lanier] gets her chance to speak her peace after Jax is arrested for the kidney fiasco.  Will she help him get off the hook?

While Carly and Jax are dealing with the PCPD, Michael Corinthos [Chad Duell] firmly encourages his father Sonny to leave town.  And, it sounds like he means for good.  Has Sonny’s behavior finally worn out his welcome with his family?
