General Hospital Spoilers Tuesday May 9: Valentin Levels with Anna – Nina Refuses to Back Down – Franco Stalks Jason – Sonny Propositions Martina

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday May 9 reveal that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) continue to play their intricate game of cat and mouse.

The pair run into each other at the park, although it is more likely that Anna arranged to see Valentin. He seems surprised to see Anna and demands that she tell him what she is doing there.

During their last interaction, Anna seemed more than a little desperate to get information regarding the Chimera Project and who Valentin ended up selling it to. Valentin wasn’t biting and abruptly took off.

Could Anna’s intense interest in the Chimera Project finally have clued Valentin in on what is really going on? Or has the master strategist known more than what he’s let on all along?

Nina Cassadine (Michelle Stafford) isn’t sure what to make of her husband’s erratic behavior and many secrets. She confides in her brother, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) at the Metro Court bar and tells him that she isn’t backing down from a fight. That’s the Nina that we all know, love and slightly fear. Will Valentin’s actions cause Nina to take a step over the edge and go back to her devious plotting?

Meanwhile. Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) also meets with her mother Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) at the Metro Court. Lulu declares that if she has to play nice with the Cassadines for a little while then so be it. Is she really ready to let go of her hatred for the man who she believes murdered her brother in order to continuing bonding with their daughter?

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) has an unexpected tag along for his adventure in Greece. Jason comes face to face with Franco (Roger Howarth), who has come to help figure out what happened to Jake Webber (Hudson West) while he was living on Cassadine Island.

Jason recently accepted that Franco wants what is best for Jake, but how far does his acceptance really extend? He doesn’t look pleased to see Franco and asks what he is doing there. Can Jason and Franco put aside their twisted and painful past to work together and help Jake?

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) speaks with her mom, Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) about her divorce from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) at the Metro Court. Carly tells Bobbie that Sonny started it but she is going to finish it. Uh-oh! Looks like Carly isn’t going to have a change of heart in taking down Sonny after all. How will Carly react when she finds out what Sonny has been up to with her divorce attorney?

Sonny meets with Martina Morales (Daya Vaidya), most likely to discuss how they can best keep Carly from finding out about their one night stand. Martina asks Sonny why she feels like there is a catch and he informs her that there is. The mobster was initially going to come clean about their hook up until Martina brought up that she could be potentially disbarred for their actions.
