General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday May 16 reveal that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) feels like he has finally gotten the upper hand on Alex Devane (Finola Hughes). After angrily snatching the chimera necklace from Alex’s neck, he declares that for once he is one step ahead of her. Only Valentin still thinks that Alex is Anna, along with everyone else in Port Charles, so how much of an advantage does he really have?

Meanwhile, the real Anna Devane is still being treated at the clinic in England and has been mistaken for her twin sister, Alex. Anna finally manages to get her voice back after be unconscious for weeks but not before being injected with a needle full of something bound to sedate her and keep her from being able to expose Alex for a bit longer.
General Hospital spoilers tease that Nina Cassadine (Michelle Stafford) and Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) have a heated exchange at the Metro Court. Lulu gets to spend some unexpected time with her daughter, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).
Nina asks why Charlotte isn’t with her nanny, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) and Lulu angrily tells Nina that Nelle was a no show. Charlotte gets to also spend some time with Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) who at one point in time was led to believe that he was Charlotte’s father and still feels very protective of her.
General Hospital spoilers indicate that Jake Webber’s (Hudson West) new obsession is bound to lead to disaster. Jake has already acknowledged to himself that the chimera imprinted contraption that was hidden inside of his magic kit clearly does something bad, but he can’t tell anyone. With much intensity, Jake tells his brother, Aiden Spencer, that what is inside the magic kit is a secret and that he is the only one that knows what to do with it. Looks like the Cassadine Island mystery isn’t quite over with yet.
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) discovers Nelle knocked unconscious at the docks and rushes to help her. He may have been trying his hardest to keep his relationship with Nelle strictly platonic but General Hospital spoilers indicate that Nelle is in for a health scare following her mugging incident.
Michael can’t help but to always play the White Knight to a damsel in distress. Will Nelle’s health crisis prompt Michael to stick by her side and finally let her back in again?
