General Hospital Spoilers Tuesday June 20: Jason Finds Sam Wielding A Knife – Nina Questions Nathan – Nelle And Bobbie Face Off Again

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, June 20 promise a day of questions, face-offs, angry outbursts and moments of worry and fear for loved ones.

For starters, over at Kelly’s GH spoilers tease that on Tuesday’s episode Nina Clay Cassadine (Michelle Stafford) has caught onto her brother Nathan West (Ryan Peavey) and his current association with Nurse Amy Driscoll. She asks her brother tomorrow what is really going on between the two? Does Nina have reason to worry about her brother and caution him against Amy?

Also, it seems Nelle (Chloe Lanier) and Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) will be mixing it up once again. What has Bobbie done this time to cause Nelle to react so defensively as Nelle asks Bobbie in the previews for tomorrow’s episode, “ Do you really have to make it your life’s mission to destroy mine?”.

General Hospital spoilers tease that on Tuesday, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) runs into Julian Jerome (William DeVry) at the MetroCourt, is Alexis there to discuss his paternal rights to Leo or is there another reason she has Julian on her mind as Julian asks Alexis “What are you doing here?”

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will run into her brother, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), it seems she is worried that her mother and Sonny are back on. Will Josslyn discover that Sonny (Maurice Bernard) and Carly (Laura Wright) went away together? That certainly won’t sit well with Josslyn- how will she react to the news- spoilers indicate not good as Josslyn asks her brother “Mom is getting back together with Sonny, isn’t she?”.

Sonny and Carly finally arrive at their destination for their “business” trip and Sonny charmingly tells Carly “This is our room”. Will Sonny take advantage of their alone time and put the moves on Carly or keep it strictly business as he led Carly to believe?

It seems that Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) behavior will soon be raising some serious concerns especially with her husband, Jason Morgan (Billy Miller). Sam is still having premonitions of impending danger and she is becoming more and more determined to protect her family- but how far will she go?

That’s exactly what is troubling Jason on tomorrow’s episode of General Hospital when his wife, Sam walks down the stairs with a butcher knife in her hand and he asks her “What are you doing with a knife in your hand?”. Will Sam finally open up to Jason and tell him what is really going on and how she has been really feeling? All this and more, tomorrow on General Hospital!
